G&G operates the way a manufacturer is supposed to operate. Most manufacturers say the right things and then once they receive an order it is on to the next one. Not G&G, from my 6 years of working day in and day out with them in various food processing facilities, municipal areas, and general commerical applications they truly care about their consumer’s experience with their product. Their team will take the extra steps and ask the detailed questions to ensure that the right fixture for the application is being recommended. Responses from product, quote, and technical inquiries receive a response the same day 9/10 times from my experience and not just a generic “we received your inquiry” email. A real person from G&G or a G&G Rep will reach out to you. Post sales wise these guys have the goal of getting the fixture back operating - except a thorough walk through of the application and failure. All so they can ensure when the replacement arrives, it solves the problem. G&G has a great team and delivers confidence as well as a superior light fixture!

G&G have set the bar high when it comes to lighting! Always amazed when passing through a Car Wash that has their ColorWash lighting. It's a must see!
