The office is located in the Bank of America building on the 4th floor. He has an assistant who will recieve your equipment and you can call him to explain what needs to be resolved. I didn't see him during my service (most likely he is juggling 2 jobs and this electronic business is his side hustle..idk) but based on the good reviews, I took the chance. I was pleased with the service on my laptop. My issue that i needed fixed was that my laptop was slow and freezes all the time. He replaced a hard drive and my laptop is running super fast now. He went above and beyond by staying on the phone with me after I paid my service on a question I had about windows 10/11.

Well brought in my PS4 Pro bc not a single game could run on it without crashing immediately, thought it was bc of the Heat since I hadn't opened it up since i bought it (2017) but Cleaning the dust & applying new Thermal Paste helped only for a day before the problem began again, so I took it to this shop & they figured out the problem was with the mother board, they replaced the the motherboard, & replaced/changed the power cord & reformatted my hardrive (so the new motherboard would fit). There was a issue when I initially received it back but bc they are so responsive when you text them we were able to solve it in just a fee days, they were quick & efficient with both repair sessions, never met either worker but their helper was kind & very accommodating. I gave a four bc all my data was wiped when they reformatted my drive(without asking) but the only permanent loss is videos for my YT & all my screenshots. would've loved a chance to back them up but again they did a great job & am happy to have my system be as quiet as the day I bought him.

For the conservation of time and energy do not take your laptop here .Never keeps to time, never around in his store during open hour So unprofessional in his work, filled with excuses and very untimely behavior. For two months this man had my laptop and with excuses and still no good result,even lost my laptop charger and gave me a whole different charger,a whole lot with this man I got fed up I even had him place the old pieces back and refund me . Mr Emeka thank you for the photos and videos showing you put my laptop back the way it was. Do better and you really have issues………REPLY to your edited and twisted story 😂😂lmao Mr emeka if only I could send proof to show your twisted stories .. man you’re such a crook..proof of my charger being in your office, proof of the keyboard not being a good one that’s why you had to reorder don’t go saying rubbish about me not liking the keyboard … you asked me to come pick up by 7 I couldn’t make it how is that 4 hrs,if you really “waited” as you lied that you did why didnt you call or text me you are a terrible liar oh my goodness lol you should be lucky I don’t feel the need to put out proof here. Talking about you cleaned up my laptop isn’t that what I asked for For my laptop to be fixed I asked you how much remaining to pay for complete repair which wasn’t even complete and you said the amount which I paid .. just the one time after being patient for two months that I go off and tell you your faults and wrongdoings you want to make me the bad guy.Don’t come here pretending like you did me a Favour when you did absolutely nothing but waste my time and energy..Don’t you dare twist stories or tell lies with me don’t you dare do that you big liar and there’s no one ever in the office you always have to call someone from some other place to come attend to me which I don’t think she has any knowledge of the work.if there’s anything I detest so much , it is LYING SO PLEASE DONT DO IT WITH ME Please have sense and God bless you real good
