Very unhelpful, takes forever to reach anybody or get anywhere. Big fail at communication, they almost seem crooked. I never even received a motion in the mail that told me my parenting room gets were on pause. I'd like to know who to hold accountable! They've made a lot of mistakes. I'm talking to people looking into a civil lawsuit against them.

They don’t even deserve 1 star but that’s as low as this system allows. This place is full of crooked thieves. They doubled my husband’s child support knowing that we cannot afford it. So my children have to go without so his children with his ex does not. They said kids come first before any bills. Well if we don’t pay the bills then my kids don’t have a roof over their heads or food in their bellies. So what they really mean is the kids in Michigan are more important. Ridiculous!!!!

Have been trying to get my kids back for over a year they are completely blind to subjects at had and they allow manipulated people to convince them. Their only concern that they push is child support but when my kids are being bounced from home to home school to school left with people that don't even belong and have been completely taken from me even though I have rights and parenting time they refuse to support it. You can have all the evidence and proof you want they don't care as long as support is paid thats their main objective. What a joke best intrest of their pockets not the children! That's not my job is a huge one too or I cant force that. Well tell me what is your job other then a money collection agency!

There has never been a bigger waste of taxpayer funds. Fought them for five years, to prove that overtime is not apart of support, took to appeals won heavy handedly, kicked back down to this court for recalculation, and I am imputed to my overtime wage. These people are incompetent. I pay my support on time, she doesn’t get. They blame my job, my job blames them. I would rather chop off my hand then deal with these fools.

I know the people here work hard for the innocent children of this county. I think they deserve a raise, it can't be an easy job dealings with such sensitive subjects and lives. I have faith in our service workers.

Received a call from my case worker the other day. She was rude, made assumptions about my case
that we're not correct and didn't appear to have an understanding of what was happening with my case. I've dealt with other caseworkers here and not all behave this way. If I could give less stars I would and will inquire about having a new caseworker assigned to my case.
