This company seems to have a scam going on here. We purchased our lights though Amazon. Four Brothers sells on Amazon. There is no way you'll get a response from Four Brothers Lighting. It shows they have the lights we wanted in stock. It showed the delivery date. We order our lights in plenty of time. However, Four Brothers never delivered the lights and under something called A to Z Guarantee they claim that, even though they never delivered the lights, nor do they have any way to track our shipment, they do not have to refund our purchase!!!! We called Amazon, filed an official complaint and Amazon was very quick to help us out, and they gave us our refund. If you read the reviews on this company you can see this is something they do "Quite A Bit" Stay clear of Four Brothers Lighting. We have now made a mental note to be sure to read reviews of each purchase we make on Amazon and to check out the company Amazon uses as vendors. And by the way, no one at Four Brothers will take a call and no one will answer their phones. Just read the reviews, they are real and they are no joke. Stay away and find another reputable company to take care of all your lighting needs. We did...

Rip off. No customer service besides maybe an email reply. They sell on Amazon and ship for free, I get the light fixture and it’s 1/8” too big to fit so to return it they charge you the shipping fee when they shipped it to you for free, then they charge you return shipping fee, and then 30% restocking fee. I might as well sell the light on eBay. They also have their phone number set up so it’s always “busy”. Claimed it’s because they moved locations a year ago but that’s a complete lie. This is a sham company and should be shut down. I will be leaving bad reviews for them everywhere I can and file a complaint with the BBB.

I placed an order and received an item intended for another customer.
The other customer's shipping label was also in my package.
I have tried calling them several times, at different times of the day, but no response.
I tried emailing them...No response.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Never buy from them again.
