We purchased at First Coast Lighting a couple times for our new home. Our salesman Mitch was great. He is very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with! We had visited a couple other lighting stores in the area but once we stopped here the decision was made. Their pricing and selection are great. I have purchased several items from this company several times. This last time I ordered some kitchen pendants lights the chains were different. I was told in November that they would get with the manufacturer and get some ordered it will only take a few weeks. It’s February and it’s always an excuse once they get your money it’s over . I will be letting my builder know that they are very unprofessional and give you the run around and they have a price tag on there items to not be able correct a problem that is on them. Chris and Jessica keep dropping the ball and it seems in there eyes it’s okay. It’s not repercussion it seems like because it’s a family owned business

We recently moved to this area and needed to change all of the lights in our home. This was the first place I visited and decided not to go anywhere else. The showroom is huge and has a wide variety of lights/fans from modern to coastal to traditional. I was really lucky to have Mitch as my sales and lighting designer. He is just the best! Not only is he knowledgeable about any light or fan fixture, he takes the time with you to create your vision for your home. That’s so important because it can be an overwhelming experience especially if you’re redoing your whole house. He even took the floorplan of our house and used it to estimate the size needed for each of the light fixtures or fans for each room. He went above and beyond to help me create the contemporary look we were searching for. He is very professional, friendly and has lots of patience. I couldn’t be happier with all of my choices (with Mitch’s help of course). The installation team that First Coast Lighting has is superb. Ron, Leslie and Jason are very efficient, hard-working, and friendly. They did an excellent job in installing all of our lights and fans. Even with the small hiccup of shipping issues outside of their control, Mitch and his team communicated with us throughout the entire process. To me, that is key when working with any company. Do they communicate effectively? This company does it exceptionally well. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your light and fan needs in the Jacksonville area.

Mitch was absolutely the BEST!!! So helpful with selections since we had no idea what to pick. So many lights to look ant and he made it so much easier than we imagined. We did not feel rushed at all. Mitch spent 5 hours with us. Can’t wait to see the finished product when they are installed!!

Great little lighting showroom tucked away in a strip mall. While smaller than some of the area spots I had been to, Pete was super helpful and knew every builder within a hundred miles it seemed!!

The selection in the showroom was well organized and diverse and the staff there super friendly!!

I think they are moving to a bigger location in December which means I'll definitely be making a return to see how that turns out.
