Great store, very professional. They helped me figure out what to do with an old style plumbing system. After multiple attempts to figure it out myself and going to several Home Depot’s and hardware stores, but failing; Frank was able to identify the problem and get me the right parts immediately. Very professional without making you feel like you know nothing, even though you probably don’t because plumbing isn’t always that easy.

Very helpful. I needed to replace the hot water faucet dial on my bathtub. They offered options. The dial I purchased was easy to install and worked perfectly. Reasonable prices also.

I had a really great experience with them. Rented me a tool and were super kind and helpful. I had to install a TV into Concrete and after trying it my way (unsuccessfully) I just took their advice and used the Toggler alligator bolts which were so much easier and caused me a lot less headache. I must have come in 6 times that day annoying them and they were smiling and helpful every time. Thank you guys so much, the TV is up and is in the wall solidly! Don't bother going to Home Depot, whatever the extra cost is is worth 5 times as much in terms of their helpfulness and knowledge.

We were looking for a piece of wood to be used under the cushions of an unusually shaped sagging sofa.
Carlos listened as we gave him measurements and descriptions; Carlos told us it would be delivered to our apartment two days later around 10am. It arrived at the time we have agreed upon and the wood had the perfect cut.
