If you are a day late on your payment they will blow up your phone even if everything but that payment is caught up. That was originally.
I was out of a job for almost two months and they have decided to go and some how get my mothers address and then proceed to go to her house. I am not there obviously but that is beyond ridiculous. The paper I filled out did not have that address on it. They have made the entire experience horrible. As soon as I can I’m finishing up the payments and I will never get anything from them again. Not only that they keep putting Hard Inquiries on my credit! They really screw you over!

Very BAD experience me and my wife just moved into our home it is our FIRST time trying to finance furniture.
We started the process on the website where the prices were fair we got approved for 2500$! Thinking it was great deal. April then called us to come into the store we go to the store and the prices were totally different but we decided to look and get something anyway. Mrs April was not any help at all whatsoever didnt try to show us any furniture I felt as if I was thrown to the wolves. After a hour of looking deciding what was in our budget mixing and matching it came out to 1847 so we decided to get a living room table April then proceeded to inform me we were at our 2500$ credit limit so I told her there’s no way I went and did the math again and sure enough I was still at 1847. I showed this to April and she replied “ I do this everyday “ I felt as if I was being robbed or she thought I was stupid. I know how to do simple math needless to say I will go to rent a center before I ever give April my business. Very rude employee and should not work sales. April was very rude rolling her eyes and said some smart but stuff to my wife when my wife said she has to talk to me before we make a decision. April does not think about the customers nor does she try to help. Being my first time trying to finance I feel very bad about the situation.

Dint know much about this place I've never bought anything from them before. Just went in with my brother in law to get a replacement part for his recliner and they had in it the store and were very nice. I did like the old time video game machines they had especially Mrs Packman .

This chest freezer was ready for pick up at farmers furniture. The two women that watched me load it seen I had not bumped it at all. Take in mind when I picked it up it was in a box. So I couldn’t see the actual skin of the freezer. But this was right after opening box haven’t even moved it off truck yet. Dented and creased. Me and my grandmother both have been great costumers of this place. But all they said was they can’t replace or anything. This place is selling people this that are tore up or dented at full price by covering it with the box. Lost costumer’s such a rip off place. Be aware buyers.

Do not buy anything from this place. They sold us a bad washer and dryer we asked them to come get it they would not come get it when we stop paying for it they sued us. When they lost the case, they came out here the day that they lost it. About 15 minutes after court was over to get the items. We asked them in July to come get it and they told us they couldn't come get it. But it's September and they want to get it. We were not at home so then they said they were going to arrest us for stealing their products.
Edit. That woman laughed and told my mama she was sitting outside my house and there was nothing my mama could do about it. I had to call the police to get her off my land. When I called corporate they said me they couldn't fire her so you're not addressing anything unless you're addressing me on here where every one of your customers can see what you do. See I got paperwork for all this stuff. I can prove my part.
You want an employee like that I will make sure no one that can read this post will ever be treated like that again.
If you noticed on these filings that they filed against us on the 17th of July. And they still kept harassing us two weeks later. That came out three times on the same day, I begged them to take this back, they would not. Because they would not show up in court. They want to show up at my house 15 minutes after the court ends to get the property saying we stole it we try to give it back to you before we went to court.
Edit 2. Got a call from corporate today asking me to take down the review. They didn't fire that crazy woman they put his manager and that crazy person they put in collections I'm not taking down my review. No big company is going to bully me into doing a good review when they are a crappy crappy company.
I see that manager laughing now don't I.
Edit 3. so we set up a time for Prattville Farmers to come pick up the washer and dryer. It's supposed to be picked up tomorrow. Do you know they called us today wanting a payment. When Prattville comes to pick it up I'm going to give them a five-star review because they had to take care of what that incompetent manager couldn't take care of.

Do not shop here... use another branch because this one is horrible... they accused me of having a long distance number because my area code is 659 ... it was all around horrible

Update: do not ever purchase from this store. We were paying them every month and have proof of it but they took us to court over ONE back payment, blocked us from being able to make future payments so we would get further behind then continued to call me every day multiple times a day. We contacted a lawyer and he confirmed that this store does this all the time. We are not the first and u could be next if you fall for their sales. Also the furniture is cheap quality and not worth the hassle they will put you through

worst company we have worked with. they have great deals but do not ever purchase with their credit. they start calling you days BEFORE your due date and do not stop harassing you until you make a payment. heaven forbid you ever get in a finacial bind and miss a payment. we had never been late on a payment until we had a large unexpected expense come up and ended up missing ONE payment. they came to our home to hand deliver a bill twice in a single week. they claim you have a grace period but they will call or show up to your house everyday during that time even after you tell them when you will be able to make the payment. we will never purchase from them again
