My sister was recently a resident at Family of Caring in Montclair for rehab from a broken hip. I was so pleased that she chose this facility to care for her. From the Administrator to the Nurses Aides we couldn’t have asked for better care. One of the highlights of her stay was the Elegant Dining night. The Activity Department did such a wonderful job to bring some great food, entertainment & great service by the Administration and brighten the time there. Debbie Mitchell, Activities Director organized a great event and the chefs, Donald & Teddy prepared the best food. That night put a smile on her face and brought happiness that had been missing which, in my opinion, was much needed for her recovery. A million thanks to everyone (especially Debbie, Donald & Teddy)!

This place and staff was the best I have ever experienced. The physical therapy group exceeded my expectations. Al the nursing staff was superior and shout out to all the certified nursing assistants. The activities and Michelle and Debbie made it a fun time. If you need some TLC go to Family of Caring in Montclair. 201 door.

After a hospital stay for a broken hip I needed to choose a rehab place. I was given a choice of 3 at the hospital or I could have chosen 1 of my own. Family Care of Montclair had the highest rating so I chose them. What a great facility - from the moment I was brought in every single person I have met has been wonderful. Their compassion and professionalism is definitely worthy of a 5 Star Review! The care givers are fantastic and treat each no patient with kindness, respect and respect. The PT staff keep you motivated! Excellence beyond repair.?

My grandmother is a resident at this place for over 2 years now and she was a transfer from another location and the difference is night and day as far as treatment and the amount of attention and care they give her, a special thanks to Michelle! She takes care of my grandma as is if it were her own family and I really appreciate that she keeps her laughing and smiling. At this location they are always having new events and extracurricular activities to keep my grandmother active and engaged and always adding new things to their menu for food items. Definitely deserves a 5 stars

I am so happy to be a part of the Family of Caring crew. I work as an art instructor there and it is truly a pleasure. I also worked there back when it was Van Dyk Manor. The staff are are a joy, especially my girl Michelle from the Activities Department! She is truly a delight and brings a special flare and energy to the place. I also can't forget Debbie, who also has a wonderful spirit. Overall, it is a very welcoming environment, and I would recommend it to anyone's aging loved ones.

I transfer my mother from another facility to Family of Caring at Montclair as I enter the building it’s extremely clean and organized. Staff are very friendly nurse was awesome he told me my mother is in good hands I left the facility with a smile not a worry heart.I looked at mom she was smiling saying the food is delicious which that we did have issue in the other facility I knew right away we made a great decision now praying she gets stronger do PT go home where she belongs,,,, Blessings to all!!!!!!!
