Disappointed in the service provided. Shower tile is leaking in multiple locations. Elliot and Larry are not amenable to fixing the problem correctly. Very rude service talking over me and pushing their cheap agenda which doesn’t fix the issue. They also did not use silicone grout and I have significant cracks everywhere around my tub and shower. Difficult scheduling. Do not recommend.

We used Enterprise Wholesale approx. 2 years ago to build our house. Multiple delays, losing order forms, etc. However, the overall work was good.

Decided to use them again for a kitchen backsplash. The process has been terrible. We visited the store and showed the salesperson the exact pattern we wanted. Salesperson said we can do that pattern and helped us pick a tile out. They sent someone out to measure.

We did not hear anything back, I had to call 2 or 3 times trying to understand what was causing the delay. Finally, after approximately a few weeks, installation was scheduled. However, hours later it was cancelled because our tile was never ordered.

Once again, I had to call back and was notified the tile had arrived. Installation was scheduled. Installer arrives at house and notifies us that this tile will not work with the pattern we want.

I completely understand that a backsplash is a small job. However, the lack of communication internally and externally has been disappointing.

We will look elsewhere for this project and all future projects.

The new owner of Enterprise Wholesale is awesome! He is extremely dedicated to turning the old reputation around and truly wants all his customers to walk away happy. I used them years ago to do bathroom tile and was extremely unhappy to the point I had it redone by someone else last year, so I was hesitant to go back. But they have done a 180 on customer service and we’re absolutely wonderful. I definitely recommend!

Sold me a fan with a missing part, told me it worked. I paid a electrician to install. Had to buy another fan and pay a electrician again. No refund, offered to see if they could get the part! Never again.

Slow and had to redo our tile multiple times. Have heard the same from others regarding this company. EDIT: Enterprise Wholesale really worked to fix the issue we had. Staffing changes were implemented and they worked to get us their best crew. James Boone and his crew are PHENOMENAL. If it weren't for his team, we likely would not have been compelled to change this review. Overall satisfaction with enterprise wholesale has slightly improved. Overall satisfaction with the crew, 5 stars easily. Maybe once the new management implements their procedures fully, this business will be an unquestionable 4 or maybe 5 stars. Needs time though.
