Tammy and Tom were great. I purchased 2 tiny homes through them and will definitely be back. Quoted 6 weeks from order to delivery. And that’s exactly what it was.

If you are looking for a shed or a cabin Tom is the guy to go see. He is so knowledgeable with these buildings. Not only is he knowledgeable he can do your whole build out for a cabin, knowing exactly what to do to turn the buildings into homes. I was super impressed with the customer service and how he runs his business. I dont live in Texas so Tom could not complete the order for me. Tom knowing i couldn't buy from him still gave 110% service as if i was buying from him still as he wanted me to still do the right thing and place my order the right way so i could accomplish our family goal. I wish i was able to purchase from Tom as it great to support great businesses like Enterprise Center. If you live it Texas you should look no where else for your needs when it comes to these sheds and cabins. The service is top notch, 5 star all day long. Support your local Texas business if you live in Texas. Its not everyday that you get a caring, friendly service.

We recently bough a garage shed from this location - we had a young lady help with our transaction. I went pretty smooth and easy. I think it went smooth as I knew exactly what I was looking for and was straight up.
Professionalism in this place? not so much. We were in the middle of covid and she wasn't wearing a mask, she had a blanket wrapped around her as if she was at home relaxing on her couch and she wasn't very friendly.
There was another older gentlemen working there but unfortunately he was busy helping some other folks. Wish we could have dealt with him instead.
Walked in to Enterprise recently as we were in the area and we are interested in purchasing another shed. Nobody comes out to visit with you like a typical sales center instead they just sit in the office and hope you don't come in asking for help. I had a few questions and decided to go inside their office to only find two young ladies lounged around in their office space and on their cell phone devices. I asked one question and decided to get out - again, not very friendly and they seemed like they didn't want to be there.
Older gentlemen was unfortunately busy once again.
Hope our next experience is better.

Tom was extremely unprofessional. We were super excited about our cabin. The build out cost was confusing. He said that he didn't want to deal with "tight" people like "us". he had more business than he could handle. When a customer doesn't understand or has a problem with the difference in what was quoted ....certainly treated them as they are stupid is not a great business builder. But then again Tom clearly said ....he didn't want to deal with folks like us.

Called to inquire about getting a finished out Derksen Building. My property is in another State. Advised that they cannot take the buildings out of the State of Texas. Had another question. Was rudely ushered off the phone. Obviously, since he "thought" he couldn't do business with me, he cared less about speaking to me. I have many family members with rural property in Texas. He just lost possible sells. If this is how they treat people, I wouldn't recommend this company to "anyone." My family with rural property near Houston and homes in DeSoto, Lancaster, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, and other areas in Texas will be advised to stay away from this company. They are rude! Their customer service would be a reflection of their rudeness.

When I stopped in at Enterprise SuperCenter, Tommy met with us and showed us around. I loved getting the opportunity to walk into buildings and see what all was available. They had a killer selection right there on the lot! I will be back for my next building!

Excellent service from the time we stepped onto the lot.
Very helpful with selection of the right building, based on our explanation of needs.
Explained payment options, and did not pressure sell us.
We chose a returned unit, and rent to buy option.
Delivery was expedited due to our time needs and was done efficiently, and was done to my expectations.
I would recommend this location to anyone.
