Was pleasantly surprised that there were more than just electronics in this store. Purchased a 50-in TV, microwave, washer and dryer, two recliner rockers, tv cabinet, etc. employees were very considerate and knowledgeable and the prices were extremely reasonable.

When I bought some memphis 12s in store, the person that sold me the 12s said if we have any problems with them to bring them back within 30 days and they will exchange them. Carried them back and the store manager would not exchange them, he said it was against store policy. When I asked for the store policy it did not state this. It does state what the person sold me the speakers for. Very displeased by this, if their not going to stand by their policy why have one. Will not do business with again. While I was in their arguie with the store manager his employee was behind him taunting me to get me more upset than I was. Terrible business and I hope their other stores are not this bad

I Wish I could only Give 1/2 Star . Went in today which is The 26th Day After Christmas to Return my Sons Speakers that we bought him For Christmas went to Hook them up and they are messed up . We was told they have a 30 day return policy and they refused to give us a replacement. Was told store policy they couldn’t give us a replacement . They had no Policy in the store to show us they printed it out . The manager was very rude and one of the other workers was taunting my Husband. We have in the past spend Thousands of dollars in this store at a time . Will never step foot into that store again. Will be contacting corporate ASAP this is not Right.

Me and my dad went in there to buy some 12 in Memphis audio m7 subwoofers. The girl said you got 30days if there damage or they don’t work you can bring them back for store credit. We went back to return them cause they worked but not great they popped and carried on. We went out in the store and the manger said we can’t return them cause they were installed. The policy that they didn’t have posted nothing about if they were installed you couldn’t returned them. Well we were in asking to them about it and we were getting mad cause nothing about it says you can’t return them well there was this guy that was just standing saying “Amazing” every time we was proving a point so I won’t be back and I’ll make sure nun of my other friends will be back as well.

I don't remember the young ladies name that waited on us, but she was a very pleasant young lady, she answered all of our questions about the TV, and she was very knowledgeable, then she helped us through the credit application, even though this took extra time, she was very helpful through the whole process and she helped us load the TV, we will definitely be back, all because of this one Incredible young lady, thanks for all of your help. I hope you will pass this on to this young lady
