Called because my mom's oven stopped working. We are all overwhelmed right now with a death in the family and this was the last thing we needed. Was told to reset the breaker to restart the ovens internal system and see if that worked. They didn't want to charge me for a service call if that was the issue. IT WORKED and made our day a little lighter, which we needed. Honesty goes a long way, thank you.

The seals are damaged and the hinges are bent with a dent on top. How do you dent and bend the doors on a new refrigerator Literally producing moisture from leaking. It is just mind blowing to me. Personally I would fire those 2 people for not telling me they damaged it. Keep your money local🤭

On Thursday, 4-25-24, my new dryer was delivered to the house by 2 great employees of your business. They were polite, efficient, and quickly had the old dryer out and the new one in to a very tight situation. Your business was well represented by these young men.

Initially going to Eel Valley Appliance, the customer service was very helpful and provided great quality products! We were very grateful for purchase. When it came to delivering our washer and dryer, unfortunately the two guys that showed up were very unpleasant. I was disappointed that they were upset i had stairs and they had a job to do. I also had to show them my receipt to show proof that i paid to have my old washer and dryer hauled away. They never said anything when they left my house or showed me any features of my new products. All in all, i would buy again from the company, but try to make sure i get decent delivery guys next time!

When I encountered issues with our new propane refrigerator the store put me in contact with the manufacturer, who dropped the ball. For 2 years I've lived with a refrigerator that would randomly shut off and leak water all over my kitchen. When Jesse from Eel Valley Appliance became aware he worked so hard to get the manufacturer to replace my unit and make sure my family was happy. I couldn't recommend this store enough!
