Been very happy with my Dornbracht kitchen faucet for the past 15 years. Recently it developed a small drip so I contacted tech services and was referred to Cole DeMartino. He knew exactly what I needed to fix the issue and had the parts shipped out right away. Honestly I don’t think that washers/o-rings are covered after 15 years but I received them no charge. The faucet was easy to repair. Thanks again to Cole for providing the best customer service i have experienced from any company ever!!

We recently replaced our kitchen sink, and faucets with Dornbracht products. They are gorgeous! We added a soap dispenser. Unfortunately I overfilled it with soap which caused the pump feature to not work properly. We reached out to Dornbracht via email for help and Cole DeMartino responded within one hour! He was able to clearly explain why the pump was not working and how to fix it. It improved the function but within a few hours it was still giving us a little bit of stickiness. When Cole heard this - he offered to send us a new pump. I can't believe how helpful that was to me. The customer service exceeded my expectations. Quality products, quality customer service from Cole!

I absolutely love all my Dornbracht fixtures, and I have many! They add such a beautiful touch of elegance and beauty to my kitchen, like fine jewelry. The quality is in the details and having had other brands in the past I can appreciate Dornbracht's attention to those details like the material of the hose on the side sprays fixtures. Most of all, Dornbracht customer service is top notch. They stand behind their product and they are very responsive should you need anything. Highly recommend!

The faucet is amazing. It works like a charm. The only changes I would make is that the sprayer works without turning on the water handle, like the commercial kitchen style faucet. Just perfect for my needs! I get many compliments from contractors, architects, interior designers and friends! Kudos to Cole DeMartino who was able to figure out how to quickly and effectively fix an issue with our hot/cold water dispenser that had been ongoing for months. I’ve reached out to DornBracht quite a few times. I always speak to Cole who works for them in their technical support department. It is always a pleasure dealing with him, his knowledge and expertise on repair parts, faucets, shower valves and trim and beyond are second to none.
