I brought a tire in to be fixed. Was informed by Kyle that it could be done. Waited for repair. Was then approached by technician and was told that tire could not be repaired. When I inquired why I was told that it was because the nail in the tire "was curved". Was then asked, "what do you want to do?" I was not given options or a plan. I stated, well I need a tire, do you have one? At that time the manager, David, came into the lobby and asked the technician if he was informing me of what was going on. He then asked the tech to get the exact size of the tire. David brought me to the counter and informed me a replacement would arrive either the next day or two days later. I accepted and before leaving asked how much it would cost me. He stated nothing. I asked again because I did not understand why there would be no charge. At that point he told me that the technician had damaged the tire when he was trying to repair it and that the new tire is on the company. Now, I appreciate how David handled it. But, my problem is that the technician never mentioned anything about this and had David not been there I believe I may have paid for the tire instead of the company. They also got composite all over my rim of the tire they tried to fix and placed it back on my car without cleaning it up. This is incredible unprofessional. The least a company can do is send the car back to the customer in the same condition that they received it. It shows a severe lack of care on Discount Tire's part. If you can't repair a tire without damaging it, try to hide the fact that you did it, and send the wheel back out with damage, why would I return? Now, David did follow through with what he said. He did a great job of handling it, but I can't trust you guys with taking care of my vehicle, which is what I was paying you to do. It's the whole business model. To take care of people's vehicles and this location really failed. Finally, when the new tire was placed on the care the following day it had some white residue all over the tire. I mean, what the hell is going on there that there is so little attention to detail?

I am quite disappointed with the service I received at Discount Tire a couple of months ago. While I understand some time has passed, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid potential issues with their vehicle. After having new tires installed, I recently discovered that my rims were significantly scratched during the tire removal and installation process.

As someone who takes great care of their vehicle and doesn't drive it daily, this incident was disheartening and frustrating. While washing my vehicle, I noticed the imperfections that were not there before, such as visible marks where they had attempted to scrape off the adhesive holding the wheel balancing weights, in order to add new weights and remount the tires. It is clear that the level of care and attention to detail in their service was lacking.

Although I understand that I cannot hold the location responsible for the damage since I did not notice it immediately upon pickup, I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of the potential risks involved when trusting their vehicles with this particular location.

I hope that Discount Tire considers improving their service quality and attention to detail when handling customers' vehicles. For those who value the appearance and condition of their rims, I would advise considering other service options or thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before leaving the premises to prevent a similar experience.

I have a BMW x6 2019 and I've been there 3 times to check my tire pressure. Come to find out there was a nail lodged in and they never were able to find it during my visits. I took the vehicle to pep boys and they were able to diagnose immediately. I have lost utmost faith in your staffs expertise and definitely will not be purchasing new tires from you.

All four tire pressure sensors stopped working after discounts tires in Kennesaw on Earnest Barrett Pkwy replaced my two rear tires. I went back to them to let them know my sensors were working fine until they replaced my tires. The mechanic checked the sensors with some hand held machine and said the left rear tire sensor battery was bad and that’s probably why the other three sensors weren’t working. He said that sensors were made to last 5-10 years, so he recommended that I get all four replaced at $60 each. What he was telling me sounded kind of fishy since my sensors were fine until they worked on my car, so I left, because I was going to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. On my way home while making a right turn, I slightly hit a curve with the right rear tire and all four sensors started working. That was one of the tires they replaced. So, there was nothing really wrong with all four sensors, it was something they did. I will never go back to discount tires. They have Christian music playing in their business, but yet, they’re ripping customers off. They should be ashamed!

We love Discount Tire and have for years! Stopped in today to check my tire pressure. The tech checked and filled all four, measured my tread to tell me the four are wearing properly. Won't need tires until next year and we will be back!

Wonderful impressions!
We arrived on Friday at 4:30 pm, without an appointment, and found the place quite crowded. However, it took less than an hour to install new tires. Thanks, guys, have our respect!
