Awesome customer service. I went to about four light places in the area and this this place had better customer service than the rest. My sales rep was very attentive, patient and also offered bottled water.

Also, I didn’t know how to pair my remote and I called to seek help. They FaceTimed me and walked me through the steps.

Avoid Discount LED Store: Dishonest Owner, Subpar Products, and Empty Warranties

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing LED lights from Discount LED Store on Harry Hines Blvd, and I wholeheartedly regret it. The store owner's behavior was unprofessional and deceitful, the quality of the lights is shockingly poor, and the warranty is nothing more than a sham.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I felt uneasy. The owner, who seemed more interested in making a quick sale than providing customer service, was pushy and dismissive. He rushed me through the purchase process, failing to provide any clear information about the products or their warranties.

Upon installation, I discovered that the LED lights were not as advertised. They flickered constantly, emitted a harsh glow, and failed to illuminate my space adequately. I immediately contacted the store to seek a replacement or refund, only to be met with resistance.

The owner, now seemingly uninterested in my satisfaction, insisted that the lights were functioning properly and refused to honor the warranty. He even blamed me for the poor performance, claiming that I had installed them incorrectly.

Frustrated and out of pocket, I was forced to seek alternative lighting solutions elsewhere. I strongly advise anyone considering Discount LED Store to reconsider. The owner's unethical practices, low-quality products, and false warranties make this store a place to avoid.
