I purchased my Husqvarna riding lawnmower from Devon Lane years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. They pick up my lawnmower for service which is extremely helpful. They have always been very responsive to any questions (or whenever I hit some random large rock in my yard :-)). Their service has been prompt and reasonably priced. I've always been very happy with Devon Lane and highly recommend them for their sales as well as service! 5 Stars!

I bought a riding mower here because i rather support local business as well as expect more localized and personal service. I called them to pick up about 2 months before anticipated first cut to allow for the fact that i’m a homeowner and not a contractor and therefore will take longer. They kept mower for about 4 months! I now had to commit to a landscaper for the season since had no choice since it was hard to find someone for a one time cut. $380 for oil change, blade sharp, and replace filter cover. I don’t care about the cost, was expecting that, but the service makes lowes and home depot look like they are 5 star service. No one called for months, i had to call several times and the last delay was supposedly that they were waiting for new blades, but they only sharpened them. Now i have a newly serviced mower stored for winter (in may) while i pay a landscaper $100 weekly for the season. Tried supporting local…They probably don’t need my business and they were clear in showing it. Not again.

Great people, great work, mechanic really knows his stuff. A return trip was my own stupidity, thankfully they didn't charge for the return trip even though I'm a believer that stupidity is billable.

Bought a Husqvarna lawn tractor last year from them, along with a mulching kit and blades. They had to order it which was fine, and when it came in they not only installed the mulching kit and blades, they delivered it to my house in Ludlow at no charge. I also wanted to order a snow thrower attachment (along with weights and tire chains) at the same time. When it came in, they picked up and brought the lawn tractor to their store, installed it, and brought it back to my house. No extra charges or fees. I guarantee you won't get this kind of customer service at any big box store. Great service, no high pressure sales approach, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best decision I made was to go here.

Had the string head on my troy bilt trimmer fail. Unable to find a service center for that brand in my area for parts.Stopped by to see if they could help me find one. The guy there took it apart and showed me the damage.called his distributor, got the part and fixed it for a fare price even tho he. Didn't carry the brand.

Really like the people there, low key on the sales side allowing you to shop without sales pitches until you need them. I’ve bought a string trimmer and a snowthrower. Really like the string trimmer. Will probably be buying a chainsaw from them in the near future.

For anyone considering picking up a Simplicity Signature Pro P1728E, don’t. You will regret it. Very powerful, even with the wettest snow it throws. But there are a lot of buts about this thrower. I can’t recommend it. It’s too expensive to have as many design flaws as it does. Definitively not worth the money.
