Kovid is a wonderful and patient guy. His product also really good. His lights are what everyone loved about our house. Every chandelier and fixture is from his store. In the Edison area, he’s the best light showroom.

I felt like I should leave a review here after reading some of the other reviews and feeling apprehensive before I chanced it and made a purchase. I purchased a fan here for an insane deal, like better than anywhere else near me and better than anywhere I could find on the internet. It took three weeks for the fan to arrive after I purchased it, but it looks and works perfectly. Customer service was responsive to my inquiries & were helpful in providing an update. In the age of instant gratification, I'm glad I tempered my expectations and waited because we got the fan that we wanted with a smoking deal to boot. Thanks.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not believe all the 5-Star Reviews! I received a damaged light fixture and tried for weeks with multiple emails and pictures to Roy clearly showing the bent rod which did not allow the fixture to set straight. He kept telling manufacturer denied claim it was damaged. After disputing for weeks I decided to pay for the return myself so they could see damaged for themselves only to be denied a credit for the fixture! HOLY SMOKES! They said because the wire was cut they would not return my money! I have photos on the long wire when I returned! PLUS I returned because the light fixture itself is damaged not the cut wire. The fixture was obviously used before I received! Now they have both my money + the cost to ship back and their merchandise! This is total fraud! I have never been treated with such disrespect.

I was extremely impressed with the care and information provided by the owner without any pressure to buy anything. He helped us select amazing fixtures for our home including 2 chandliers, wall sconces and ceiling fans. He even was honest when he didn't have an item we wanted and offered suggestions from other vendors just to make sure we got what we wanted. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for amazing lights and fixtures for their home.

This company is a scam, DO NOT BUY. They operate under several different company names all associated with the same phone number and address. 'DECOR PRICE' 'DESIGNER LIGHTING AND FANS' & 'LIGHTING SELECTION'

I purchased a fan that arrived damaged. I sent photos of the damage and was told my replacement parts would be shipping out soon. After 3 plus weeks of daily calls and emails with no resolution, I finally googled and found LOADS of stories just like mine.

As of today, I'm told they accidentally shipped the replacement blades to the wrong customer and I must wait for that customer to receive and return them before they can be sent to me. We all know that Fedex can reroute packages so this further contributes to the LIES.

If I return the damaged product, I am told that I am responsible for shipping costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Terrible customer service, Mass confusion within the inside teams. Their pricing might be a little better but I would suggest going somewhere else because if you ever need any assistance they are of zero help. They will do whatever they can to take your money but when you need help they will stiff you. Their customer service is also incredibly rude, combative, and I had one agent actually raise their voice to me. It's absolutely unacceptable, there are too many other reputable places to do business

I had no idea this gem was in the area! I was searching for a smaller chandelier for our guest bedroom and couldn’t find anything I liked at the big box stores. Several people suggested we take the short drive over here. I am very happy we did. We got great design advice and the perfect chandelier for our room!

I ordered five fixtures in March 2024. Three arrived without issue. The other two I was told would be on backorder until June 4th. I contacted the company to say that I would like to cancel, as I had no information about where the lights were, nor did I have time for my project to wait any longer. They insist on now telling me they are on backorder until July, and every time I ask for a cancellation and refund, that is all I get. This is simply unacceptable.
