I have been a steady customer (swimming pool owner) to this business since we moved to Davis over 25 years ago, through changes in ownership. They are always willing to help. I needed some to teach me how to balance my swim spa water. No problem helping me. This time was looking for a repair person to help me fix my swim spa .They are not selling spas, however still was willing to pass along numbers of people that might be able to help me. They sell a large selection of home specialty items. I would always recommend them for pool and spa supplies.

I found Davis Home Trends this past summer when looking for pool supplies. They turned me onto the “Turbo Shock” treatment, and let me tell you it worked wonders! The staff explained what to do and it was super simple. I stopped in today to grab more and was stunned at their Christmas inventory. Needless to say I was so happy to get a jump start on my Christmas shopping while still being “productive”. Go support your local businesses people! They’re working hard to keep us happy 😊

No longer able to quickly service spas that they sold. Basically they admit to being out of the spa business, but only after verbal confrontation, which I despise. Just another typical Davis business, as in short on expertise long on talk. If I was running such a business I would have gone to spa maintenance classes spa repair classes before I would have chucked an entire successful line of spas but instead they'd rather sell paint and blinds things that require minimal competence.

I work down the street from Davis Home Trends and I love visiting this gem of a store. This is my go to place for unique gifts and last minute finds on my way to lunch with a friend. I just visited yesterday and they now have their Christmas Collections out. I look forward to this every year!! My Husband loves the Pillow, sheets and bedding I found here last year. Definitely my favorite store in Davis!!!

They are amazingly helpful, always service oriented, and want to help you with anything - in the most inexpensive ways for you. I have bought a spa from them, chemicals, replacement parts, and many other things. They'll advise you about whatever you need, thinking about what is best for you.

I was walking by, not even on the property and the owner/manager wearing a black and white shirt came out and told me to "get out of here" in a very rude and unprofessional tone multiple times. This is not any way a business should operate or treat it's customers. The lady did not even give me a chance to explain myself, she just kept yelling at me with hate in her voice. Whether it was because I was of a darker skin tone, I don't know, but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was having a bad day. Steer clear of this place. Rude people. Any kindness they put on is a facade to sell you things.
