Jason and his team at Custom Touch Electric have done several small jobs for me in the past. Recently, I hired him to install a new sub panel for me in a shed and to run all new outlets in it to use it as a crypto mining shed. His work was clean, his prices fair, and he got the job done in a very timely fashion. While he was working on it, I spoke to him about a solar array installation. I had already started with another provider, but after pricing Jason out, I cancelled and gave him the job. It was a fairly large, 36 panel, installation. The work was excellent. I had hoped to have the panels installed further down the slope then they were, but that was more of an issue with a setback required by the county.

All in all, I highly recommend Jason for any of your electrical needs. From interior/exterior lighting solutions to main/sub-panels, and even solar. You will not be disappoint.

P.s. I almost forgot to mention that Jason also took the time to educate me on what was best for my electrical needs, and even helped me diagnose some non-electrical related issues with the construction of the mining shed. It was incredible to have his expertise.

Half of our house lost power and called and talked to Jason who squeezed me in for the same day service. Jason came to the house and started the job. He tested all the outlets but one which was hidden behind the bed. After crawling under the house and tested all the outlets, he asked if we could move the bed and take a look at the last outlet. Come to find out, the last outlet was the one causing all the issues. He fixed it and we got the power back on. I am very thankful that he didn't give up. I will call Jason again if I need any other electrical work to be done. He was very fair on the cost as well. Thank you, Jason.

If you have any electrical needs that need to be addressed or need a second or even a third quote, do not hesitate to contact Custom Touch Electric. Jason saved us from losing $7-10K to a grifter/scammer electrician telling us the entire kitchen electrical had to be rewired. Jason and his team diagnosed the electrical issue as wire short, rewired and fixed a string of kitchen lights back to original for $450, saving us thousands of dollars.
Our phone calls were always returned and Jason called with arrival times.

Reached out to Jason about having a whole-house generator installed because SDG&E seems to think we're in 'the backcountry', and we're tired of worrying about having our electricity cut at their whim. (Yes, we know - they're the gas company, too). Jason came out and walked us through the process, made recommendations, and gave us an estimate. Once we pulled the trigger, he ordered the generator, then came over and moved it into position when it was delivered without warning. When Jason came back with Corey for the hookup, they got down to business and the generator was in and running in under 2 days. They were quiet and efficient and the power was off to the house for only about 30-45 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the function and the form of the installation - everything is neat and tidy and they left no mess behind for me to clean up. Custom Touch will be my go-to electricians from now on!
