Extremely rude. You don't want to come here. I bought a lamp over to install a on and off switch on the wire. He automatically said we don't repair those lamps. I wasn't asking to repair it. He said he doesn't work on those lights. It's a basic on and off switch I said. He shakes his head no. Then he said yeah but you have to leave it here for 3 weeks. I had to correct this guy multiple times because he likes to assume things and give people attitudes. I'm never coming back here. Avoid this lamp store. Save yourself a trip.

I bought a beautiful floor lamp from the store and I had a switch repaired by Steve on a lamp that belong to my Mom. Meredith waited on me she was so very nice. Beautiful selection of lamps and chandeliers.

Horrible experience here. Was sent a dented chandelier and it took 4 missed phone calls and 15 emails to fix the situation, and on top of that took 30 DAYS to receive my new chandelier. I had to sit in a dark dining room for 30 days because of the horrible customer service. On top of that, the workers were HORRIBLY rude to my mother, made her feel incompetent and would not provide her any information about the issue. No compensation or anything given. NEVER coming back to this place, and if you don’t want to sit in a dark room with no chandelier, I advise you to find a more professional and reliable store.

We stumbled by this place in our local area when we were looking for recessed lights that we need to get ASAP. Using google as our guide in determining the number of lights needed for out kitchen, we thought we need more and running out of time because the electrician is coming the next day to our house. At Continental, we were met by Steve. We showed Steve our kitchen layout and asked him for his opinion. We were so amazed how professional and thorough Steve in explaining to us why we only need less number of recessed lights than we thought. At the same time, he gave us some pointers on how to place the lights and the color temperature in our kitchen. We don’t feel rushed at all though you can see that they are busy. Overall, I definitely highly recommend Continental lighting for your lighting needs. We were very pleased and make sure you look for Steve if you need to address lighting issues. This is the reason why you go a local store versus a retail store.
