I received a bill at our company. Had one of our employee's name on it. I get to investigating and sure enough, they sent us a cheap little cooler thing and a $580 invoice for their bulbs. I called them and the lady said their promotions dept called us and we ordered the bulbs. The scam is that they hope a person that pays the bills will get the bill and just pay instead of investigating. They sell $100 worth of bulbs and get paid $600 occasionally. Not a bad profit for a scammer.

A personal spam call to a warehouse employee resulted in unordered lights and a $581 dollar bill arriving at our company. They make sure to mark down their whole interaction (falsely, this employee has no purchasing authorization or access to our company phone) to try and get payment. Definitely don't order from this company.

Got a call from "Jimmy". I should have been rude and just hung up. He was a fast talking, gum smacking, stereotypical sleazy salesman who doesn't let you get a word in edgewise. His vocabulary was peppered with "we got deese" and "some-a dose". Weirdly, he started off with a derogatory comment/joke about his wife and then laughed way too hard at himself. I think he modeled is sales persona after Rodney Dangerfield. He proceded to say he was checking to see if we needed "more" bulbs (by coincidence we did) and that he had talked to another employee the last time we bought some. He gave the the person's name as if he delt with them before. It was the person than normall orders these things. He started giving me a
spiel about their catalog and a gift that, by the way, he wanted to send to my personal address. Being a bit in a hurry and not really wanting to deal with a sales call, I agreed to have a twelve pack shipped. The instant I got off the phone, I turned to a coworker and told them I had just been scammed by Jimmy.

Pretty much, everybody said the exact same thing and that’s what happened to me. They called and was transferred to someone in my office who has no ordering authority. Bribe them with a cooler or a gift card could be sent to their house sent lightbulbs that don’t fit anything we have and a $500 invoice. Tgey Cold call scam people. Be very careful what you say or how you say it because they will take it as an affirmation of a sale

This guy! Wow! Top of the league! He saved my dog from a fire and installed complimentary lights, but don't worry, I tipped him after. Really, the other reviews are fake. He is the real bossman.

Almost got me. Same story different day. Free cooler and sent the bulbs. Box of 12 and then an invoice a few weeks later for $581. Called the lady back and asked if they bought bulbs...told them that I got a free box of bulbs in the mail with a $581 bill and did she want me to trash them or would she like them sent back. Nice try.

Commercial Lightining is a scam. Sent us 12 LED bulbs that were not ordered with an invoice of $581. On third call reached a person and they did give directions how to return the package. Havent heard since, shipping the bulbs back cost me $150, not paying their bill for sure.

Someone from this company called our office and offered to send a cooler and catalog. Then, at the end of the conversation they said they were also sending an order of lights. I told them that we don't need any lights and get our supplies locally. Fast forward a month later and we receive an invoice for lights we never ordered or received. They send a Shipping Confirmation from Fedex saying a 3lb package was delivered but no signature required. They now threaten to continue to collect for invoice and then send to collection company.
They have many complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Well over 100 bad reviews. After looking into this company, every 5 star review is either from an employee or person who've only ever given 1 or 2 reviews. Every other review was a person who got scammed. It's sad that this happens.
