I am a regular customer at this establishment and have typically enjoyed great experiences. However, during my recent visit, the quality fell short.

The staff member preparing my ice cream seemed distracted. Despite ordering a tub Which usually comes with a generous amount of toppings I received a scant portion of toppings, unmixed flavors, and a smaller portion of ice cream than usual. Despite my guidance, the service did not meet expectations for the nearly $20 cost.

On a positive note, one of the staff members did notice an error and promptly rectified it. It is essential for young employees to learn the importance of attention to detail and performing their roles diligently, especially in a customer-facing environment like this one. After all, they did choose to work there.

The boys who worked there greeted us with seemingly genuine enthusiasm, and worked quickly and efficiently to get through all of the customers before taking my order. However, the young man who was helping me made fun of my order, and the boy who helped my friend was reluctant to give her her ice cream as, according to him, she had had too much sugar. Overall, great, funny experience 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was pretty good, they seem to enjoy their job, I really liked their singing, I suggest you ask them to sing next time you visit the location. The ice cream was pretty decent, might go back again I don’t know. “My order was made fun of though” -m

听很多朋友都说这店招呼很好，对客人热情，今天刚好在附近徒步完，天气又暖和，是最佳吃冰淇淋的时候。于是我们一家三口光临了这店，在covid 19期间，店门口最少有三个家庭在吃冰淇淋，対这家店更加有信心了，踏入店面，就受到热情招待，我们买了2个大杯一个小杯，都是满满的冰淇淋，临走还对我们说谢谢光临与支持。这次非常满意这店的招呼，我也高兴自己今天选对了这店，可惜今天吃得太高兴了忘记拍下冰淇淋为证。I heard many friends say that this ice cream shop is very nice to customer. I have never had the opportunity to patronize，today I finished hiking nearby , and the weather is warm, which is the best time to eat ice cream. So our family of three visited this store. During COVID-19, at least three families were eating ice cream at the entrance of the store. This store became more confident. When we stepped into the store, we were warmly received. We bought two large and one small cup. the server gives us so full of ice cream. Before us leaving, the lady server said thank you for coming and supporting too ,the nice. This time I am very satisfied with the shop's greetings. I am also glad that I chose this shop today. Unfortunately, I was too enjoy my ice cream and forgot to take pictures as proof why I give them a 5 stars.

Very accommodating and beautiful handwriting on the cake. But if you want the sheet cake, you need to order ahead. Barbie cake was sold out.

I probably will not return. The little dark brown haired guy yesterday did not fill the cup with ice cream and the scoops of add-ones were only half full. At the prices charged, the Cup and scoops should be full.

Good spot for ice cream in downtown, and the seeing the Livery always makes for a nice trip. Now that Baskin Robins is gone, this is really the main option for a quick ice cream stop.
