Told me they were gonna send application transfer ownership but never sent email. Now I have to pay 85$ service fee to have power. Customer service lady was nice

I've lived in several places and this is, hands down, the most affordable electric I've ever had. There are rarely any service issues. They have made making electronic payments much easier in the last year - so helpful, thank you for these changes. I called in today because the pin that holds the electric wires to my house came out and the wires were hanging down a little low over my yard. A crew was here within five minutes (on a snow day!) and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Great service, thank you!

A stiff breeze will knock out the power if it looks at this town the wrong way. This summer has been the worst, sometimes the power just goes on and off, so it'll reboot your computer without warning. Oh, you want to get stuff done and didn't save it? Too bad. You're at the mercy of this company and backwater city, you simply have to HOPE that the power doesn't go out when you hear rain. Absolutely absurd and terrible.

I moved into my apartment in February and did the necessary paperwork and paid the necessary fees to have the electric put in my name. Two months later i come home to find a notice that my electric has been cut off due to the previous tenant not paying their bill. I call to see what happened. To make a long story short, they refused to cut it back on until the next day until they could clear up THEIR mistake. Oh and Beth, what a coward. Refused to call me and explain to me why after having proof she still refused to have it cut back on.

Came out fast for a down line but left my yard an absolute mess. Cut the branch, stapled up the line, and left me to haul out all of the heavy limbs on my own. Good to see my bills get me the bare minimum of service

I have not had any problems so far with electricity been in my home for 2 years now. I rarely ever have to call about anything as well.
Not giving 5 stars because the times that I have had to call I do not always get my question answered or I do not get in contact with anyone seems they are closed

It's Friday at noon and they are not in for me to pay my bill . Must be nice to not have to work.
