Somebody on Facebook recommended Chavis. Then I realized that that is where my parents purchased their speed queen washer. I spoke with Jamie multiple times and she was so helpful and so kind!!! They price matched and went above and beyond to get me what I want. Can’t wait to get my new appliances. Thank yall so much! I think Jamie needs a raise 😉

Why would anyone buy from you?
Zero service after the sale.
I did not purchase from you but my 75 year old friend purchased all GE Profile appliances for his new house from you.
After a month, the refrigerator stopped working. Now 6 weeks later, he is still living out of coolers and replenishing ice everyday.
Doesn't sound like good service to me.
You have offered zero support.

I needed a new stove. I checked Lowe's, Best Buy and Home Depot and it was going to take two weeks from the first two stores and one week from the third store to even get one delivered. I heard about Chavis, so we went there. We were greeted when we walked through the door and the salesclerk was very helpful. They had them in stock and we purchased it, and it was the same price or cheaper than the previous stores. I will definitely be back.

Love this place!
Scott, my salesperson, was awesome. He was so engaging, interesting, and just one fun young man!
The prices are so reasonable, don't know why you would ever go to a big box store, when you can support av local, family owned business!
