This store and its associates are the ultimate of customer service! We brought my grand daughter to see Santa and it was simply amazing! I love this Ace one of the best Ace hardware that I know of.. I go in there today and they can't figure it out young people working the register they have no idea what they're doing I couldn't get my discount they try to charge my account I don't want that I just wanted my discount. And I still didn't get my discount. Hey even if it was $2.62 it's still $2.62 because I'm a loyal customer I should get that discount..... Instead I got hosed......

Another reason to love this ACE. They can re-screen windows and doors! After looking all over town at builders supply stores we ended up back at ACE. Michael was our very helpful hardware person and after giving us a very reasonable quote to re-screen our screen door he said to give them a few days. Less than 24 hours later I received the call that it was ready to picked up. I was flabbergasted!!! Thank you for being the place to go for just about everything related to the home.

I bought a chainsaw from this store on September 28, 2024, right after the Helene disaster. At the time of purchase, there were no signs or indications stating that chainsaws were non-returnable, and no one mentioned it during checkout.

The chainsaw has never been used—no scratches, dust, or any signs of wear. In fact, it has remained in the trunk of my car since the day I bought it. When I was informed that chainsaws/Stihl products are non-refundable, the store owner, Greg Paul, was outside moving pallets of water. He briefly looked up, dismissed everything I was saying with a quick 'non-refundable,' and walked away, shaking his head, leaving me standing there without a second thought.

I had to follow him as he was ignoring me, asking why the 'all sales final' policy was never mentioned or displayed anywhere. He didn’t even acknowledge me at first and kept walking away. When he finally stopped, he turned around with an attitude and said, 'What!' I asked again why this information wasn’t disclosed, but he never answered. Instead, he just walked away back into the store, completely ignoring my concerns.

The store was quick to take my money when I purchased the product, but when I needed assistance with my return, I was met with a bad attitude and dismissive behavior.

I’ve purchased many items from this store since it’s closer to my home than Lowe’s or Home Depot, but after this experience, I’m willing to inconvenience myself and shop at those stores instead of spending another dime here. I truly can’t find the words to describe how overbearing he behaved.

As a customer, I recommend that you ask whether all sales are non-refundable for the item you’re purchasing to avoid having the same experience I did. While I won't say that I won't visit another Ace Hardware store, I have my doubts about supporting a company with owners like this.

Ordered a smoker offline. Only to get a notification that the store cancelled the order with no reason states. Tried calling the store twice and no one answered so we drove to the store to inquire why the order was cancelled. After finding out why the order was cancelled we were walking off and could hear the employee talking about he didn’t know why we would drive to the store instead of calling, well when it’s a thousand dollar order and my order has been cancelled of course I’m going to be wondering why I’m sorry their employees cannot do their job properly or answer a phone.

As I walked out, waving my flag, I couldn't help but think, "God bless America."

I ordered a set of washing machine hoses on Monday, 16 September. I was told that they would come in by Friday, 20 Sep, and that I would be called when my order was in the store (that is why they wanted my cell number). I just called today, Saturday, 21 Sep, to check on my order. Fortunately, my order arrived and is ready for pickup, however, I was told rather abruptly that the store does not have time to call the customer that the order is ready for pickup. Very poor customer service and lack of attention to their verbal commitment! I will not shop at a store that treats their customers poorly!
