Product looks good, solid made Chinese brass spot light, but customer service...I hope the lights will work well, because I don't want to deal with warranty issues with this company. How are they still in business? Rude and mean sale person (named in many other negative reviews). Part of my order came with no boxes, I asked for discount due to missing packages and was accused of "playing games for the discount":) Never had anything like that with any other company I've been working with, neither would i tell anything like that to my own customers. Hope, this will teach them how to apologize for inconvenience caused to the clients.
Update: Just got a phone call from the this company, the person was yelling at me accusing of lying in my review. Beware! These are dangerous people I would never go back to.

Don’t ever, ever make a purchase from C2C lighting, nothing but aggravation and grief. I purchase a simple LED well light, they sent an incandescent fixture with a LED bulb, which also came with the incorrect baffle, beam angle and color rating. I called to correct the issue and I got an argument instead of help, they wanted 35% restocking, I had to pay for the return shipping, and they dragged the process on for over 2 months. Thankfully I paid them through PayPal and was able to get a full refund minus my cost of $24 for the return shipping. Terrible organization to do business with…… unscrupulous! STAY AWAY

I have placed fairly large orders with this company twice and have had very, very fine service. I was shopping for pathway lights and then for outdoor movement sensor lighting with a new transformer and each order was processed quickly, competently, and my installer said he was very impressed with the quality of the fixtures.

I see strongly negative comments on these reviews. I can assure you that the man I dealt with, Michael, is a hardworking, sincere, knowledgeable person and these are quality products. I don't know why anyone would post such negative things.

Products arrived broken, no replacements sent. No responses after several emails. Customer service is terrible. Ordered lights and an expensive wifi transformer. They had no idea how to make the transformer work with an app. They sent several links before they figured out which one worked. Next order I received contained cracked lights. They said they couldn't ship replacements for several months because of no inventory. That was fine, so I waited and no lights arrived. Contacted them again and they said I had to fill out a form after waiting 2 months. Filled it out and am still waiting to hear back. Emailed for an update and got no response. Called and told to talk to Mike B but he wasn't in. Tired of dealing with them. I'll eat the 2 broken lights and move on to another company.

Fraud!!!! Please do not buy anything from this place. They sold me lights and promised lifetime warranty. The lights are horrible quality and within a couple of months since my purchase, I have to return them all. They do not send return label. I will have to pay to return and to receive the replacement lights which I am not even sure that will last me another couple of months. I was never informed of this condition at the point of sale. I am very disappointed with their services as I am still waiting for a phone call and all they do is send me a one liner email response “you pay for the label”. “This item is not refundable “. Wow! No words... I am escalating this situation.

c2c Lighting is the best I had so many questions before I made my purchase and somebody at C2c lighting named Josh Really came through for me he called me back every time I left a message and was always very helpful in giving me the right information to purchase the right lights I would definitely recommend these guys not to mention I compared their pricing and not only was their customer service is the best they’re pricing was the best and I love the fact that they are a made an America company five stars !!! josh at c2c really came through for me . Thank you Josh for making my experience pleasant

Ordered what i thought was 3.5" half moon deck lights. Emails requesting a tracking number (sent after my credit card was charged) were ignored. Should have known then this was not going to ture out good. (In fact I was told later I was 'bugging' them.) What I got was something larger. Since there are no other 'half moons' that are 3.5" in diameter in black, I asked for a return label and a refund. "No problem...fill out the form" For their inaccurate description, I'm to pay a 35% restocking fee? I don't think so. After reading the other horror stories of other customers' returns coming up missing, even though they were signed for, I'm not so sure I want to deal with these scam artists any more. I think I'll let my credit card company handle this one.
Negative stars for this company if I could.
