Fantastic dealership and overall experience! The sales staff is fair, transparent, and not pushy at all. I worked with Rocky and definitely recommend; he’s a perfect mix of responsive and respectful and will work for a good deal! Their delivery driver was fantastic as well, very pleasant and friendly as he highlighted features on the truck.

I had a strange issue with a missing part and Rocky solved it even though they were 4 hours out of state.

Hands down the smoothest automotive transaction I've experienced so far and Ive had great experiences other places so that's saying something. Seen something I was very interested in on Cargurus, gave the dealer a call and got connected with Drew who ran me through my options for long distance purchases as I was in Colorado at the time for work and live out of Texas. Ultimately ended up putting a deposit down to take the car off the market till I got the chance to catch a flight over that way. Drew kept in contact with me each week, sent me videos and disclosed everything about the car before I got there. Once I got there (about 3 weeks after placing the deposit) Drew was unfortunately off for that day but linked me with Cody who threw me the keys as soon as I walked in and introduced myself he told me to take it for a drive and check it out, the car was washed and fueled up (ready to go). After about 20 minutes of driving it and looking the car over, my mind was made up and we moved over to financing. If it wasn't for my wire transfer from the bank taking so long I would have been out of there in a matter of about an hour and a half. Huge kuddos to the guys over there (Jimmy, Drew and Cody) for creating a really relaxed vibe and no pressure setting. I will definitely be a returning customer if they have something up my alley in the future.

Buster Miles Ford and their staff was a joy to work with on the purchase of my new F-150! Being out-of-state, I worked with Rocky through email and text, and once we came to a deal I booked a flight and headed their way. The staff was nice enough to find a driver to get me from the airport to their dealership. Once there, every person from every department I dealt with was a pleasure to work with. I was on the road in less than an hour, and that included my test drive! I highly recommend doing business with Buster Miles Ford, and I will definitely consider them again when in the market for another vehicle, even being hundreds of miles away.

Very honest and ethical people!! You can trust to send your wife there for services and them not take advantage!
My husband scheduled brake replacement on my car since it has over 60k miles on it.. They pulled my car in and looked at it and said your brakes are fine they are still in the green and don’t need to be replaced! WOW we had already planned to replace them with no questions but they still did the honest thing and told us it wasn’t needed!

Even though their dealership is an hour out of the way and we pass two others on the way, We will continue to work with them on future maintenance and purchases!

I found their sales tactics to be shady. Nice sales guy. He had trucks ready for us to drive when we arrived and wasn't pushy. When I asked for an out-the-door price, they added about $1k in fees and only gave the "internet" price IF you finance with one of their approved lenders, otherwise it's an additional $1,000. I asked for one item to be added to the truck by the dealer, they agreed and gave me a price, but then backtracked and said that add-on wasn't included in the quoted price. "The sales manager misunderstood".
I just want a straight up Ford dealer, but can't seem to find one, so I am buying a Chevy.
