I purchased a new 2025 Silverado and was very pleased with the experience. Everyone involved in the process was friendly and very helpful. I never felt pressured into anything and all options were clearly explained. This team has established a very down to earth family environment that is welcoming when you have questions or concerns. A major selling point for me buying from this dealership was the lifetime power train warranty.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition May 2024 … it had 1 bad tire on it , so they agreed to put a brand new one on it until we could make it back to Mississippi (6 hour drive from them) and 2 weeks later the transmission went out. We had purchased an extended warranty with the expedition. The Warranty would not cover a brand new transmission, but would cover a used one with the same amount of miles on it. We didn’t want that, we wanted an eternity fix. We of course were going to be out of pocket because they would only pay up to a certain amount , the warranty place was giving us the run around BUT once we contacted Jerry at Buster Miles - he got his rep on our claim. Yesterday we picked our expedition up and Jerry called, said to email him the paperwork & our out of pocket cost… they are reimbursing us! Thank you Buster Miles for a good experience all the way from Mississippi!!

Overall the experience was excellent. Being an out of state customer, everything went smoothly. Each step was clear, simple and George and Jerry were always available when I had a question. I greatly appreciate that lack of upsell or add-ons and I wish their were more dealers like Buster Miles around my area.
