Worst Experience Ever!!! I had several issues at this eyeglass store where I brought my new GM glasses for lens fitting, and I am thoroughly disappointed:

Inconsistent pricing: I was quoted $25 for the processing fee and $119 for the glasses over WeChat. However, upon arriving at the store, I was told the fee would be $45-$75 and the glasses $139. After I insisted on the prices I was initially told, they agreed to adjust the processing fee to $25 and, after reconfirming with the staff on WeChat, they refunded the $20 difference for the glasses.
Damaged frames: After the glasses were mailed back to me, I noticed many scratches at the frame joints that were not there before. The store denied responsibility and claimed their policy was not to cover any damage to frames brought in for lens fitting. This was never communicated to me during the order process. Had I known, I would not have chosen their services.
Defective lens: There was also a noticeable white spot on the lens that couldn't be wiped off, likely a manufacturing defect. Although they offered to redo the lens, knowing their policy on not covering frame damage, I couldn't take the risk.
Overall, this was my genuine experience, and I hope this serves as a warning to others considering this store. I definitely do not recommend it!!! They ruined my glasses and my mood.
