Terrible shipping, was promised 5 days and then low and behold it was backed up 30 days. Called and talked to CSR and they have no supervisor on duty and was able only tell me that the new timeframe is correct and either take it or leave it.

I called Bee's Lighting to help me find the right driver's for some high bay LED lights that went over a couple years ago. They did the numbers for me based off the old driver specs and were able to supply me with the correct driver's. I wired them in and everything worked out well. Fast shipping and good quality. I highly recommend Bee's Lighting for anyone trying to fix LED lights.

Submitted an order online. A few days pass with no update on shipping or any tracking info. Emailed CSR with no initial response. Had to actually call a few days later to get a response finally. Was advised that one part was missing from order. Requested other parts be shipped now and missing part shipped later according to their own shipping policy. Told by CSR this could only be done by sending a follow up email albeit that went unanswered in the first place. Explained my previous attempt to communicated via email but CSR advised this was the only option. Once order is received, I will never order from them again. Would give zero starts if could!!!!

They take your order as if the item is in stock and then it sits there for a week pending fulfillment. Have to reach out to company to find out why and then they push back delivery date two months.

I originally gave a glowing review for Bees Lighting when I finished checking out only to be seriously disappointed with this company. Even though I was eligible for free shipping, I opted for UPS 3 day select to make sure I received the items before I was leaving town. On the day of the order I had called the company to make sure the items were in stock and would ship the following day, and I was told they were. Fast forward one day, I start to get multiple emails, one for each of the items I ordered notifying me that the estimated ship date was changing to Jan 11, 2022 on a majority of the items and Jan 28, 2022 on one of the items. When I called to ask what was going on I was told that since some of the items were not in stock, they were drop shipping the entire order from the manufacturer, who it turns out also does not have the products in their warehouse. When I asked to speak with a manager, who was much more forth coming and helpful the the original clerk I discovered that even though they list items in stock this is not always true and many times not true at all. The apologized profusely which is nice but I did not really feel it to be very sincere. I ended up cancelling the entire order and hopefully will see my CC refunded in due course. I will never patronize this company again.
