I had this place pick up my commercial Super Z mower (but it's only used at my residence and garage kept) because it developed an oil drip. They picked it up 3 times because they DIDN'T fix the oil leak and charged me every time they picked it up charging me every time more money. I went in person to show the bottle blonde old lady a Pic of the oil leak that they didn't fix. By then she had charged me a total of about $700 for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. She got very ugly and rude with me and said "you must be Bipolar" she's very unprofessional.
I went to the owner in Cabot showed him several of my receipts of the $700 freaking dollars that I was billed and he said that he would pickup and take care of it. Well long story short it still has an oil leak and now it is making a loud tapping sound after about 20 minutes of running, my engine NEVER made any noise like that. I have to take it to a different Hustler repair shop now, and I'm sure it's going to cost me again $$$$. Like I said the bottle blonde person is very hateful. I DON'T RECOMMEND the Beebe store 😡

The people at the desk seem like they hate their jobs and like they hate the world… they’ve been untruthful when working on my equipment and they don’t care…I’ve purchased thousands of dollars of new equipment from this business and and always received wretched unfriendly customer service… I own a farm just down the road from this business and refuse to go there anymore…

Very poor customer service, sell stuff as new, when clearly it had sawdust on the bar. Refusing to take back when the mistake is discovered. I'm out 92.00 because of their mistakes. Very unsatisfied. I will never shop there again. Do not recommend anyone to go there.

Took them a chainsaw to have chain replaced and bought a trimmer while there. They lost our saw and refuse to even acknowledge they ever had it. Spoke to the owner josh and he was like what do you want me to do about it. Won't be using these folks anymore and getting our lawyer
