Certainly small business feel. I see others complaining about them being allowed to browse on their own; strangely that is what I prefer. There are varied selections, picky me was able to find lamps of my liking because I was allowed the freedom to browse (unrushed). There is no pushy sales tactic. I liked the freedom to browse and when I was midway browsing someone was there to assist. I felt I was not pressured to buy a specific lamp so now I am home with two lamps that add not just lighting but modern feel and look to my space. And may I add that we were assisted with not just taking the items to the car but also with placing things in the car. Thanks Dan!

I was at this store today, mid-afternoon; no one else was there except the staff. Not one person acknowledged my presence, asked if I needed help or told me that they would be with me momentarily. I spent 20 minutes looking at table lamps in the front of the store and then decided to take my business elsewhere. Apparently the customer that came in after me and her request for an outside fixture with a dimmer was more profitable than my interest in three lamps. Customer service is my livelihood - your store is failed miserably!

Perfect lamp repair! 46 year old crystal lamp that got through a fire and a 3 story drop. Nicholas put it back together better than ever. Everyone is so polite! Beautiful lighting store.

Once again, and probably for the third time, Dan and Nicholas have shown that they really care for their customers. In my case, they have come to the rescue to repair my clocks and stayed with their commitment until the job was done. These people are really nice and easy to work with. Avon Lighting has quality products. You will find the staff really cares to meet your needs in a pleasant manner.

The stock on display, friendly knowledgeable staff, and competitive pricing were all beyond my expectations. Dan went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with our selection and price. Courteous, knowledgeable staff, tons of inventory, expert repairs AND at a reasonable price. I travel a ways to get here, but it's definitely worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
