I ordered a new chandelier for my dining room and worked with Samantha. Sam was very helpful in getting my order placed and getting the perfect bulbs for my new light! I walked into their showroom not even knowing that they existed and had a wonderful personalized experience! I needed something different to compliment my contemporary space. We had a great experience buying both internal and external home fixtures through Avid. We'd gotten a little tired of the big box store approach, and we're pleased with the service and selection we received at Avid. The showroom has a good range of inventory to choose from, and the website offers an extensive and deep selection, if you can't find what you're looking for in the showroom! Sam was great with helping us with recommendations and with narrowing down our selections, and one of the owners (Brady) supported us throughout the process. Great experience; we're definitely return customers.

I don’t know much about electric but I knew what I needed for this job. I wanted a light fixture that not only swiveled up and down, but turned as well to shine on a mural I was painting. I googled places and Avid Lighting came up and it was in my area. Samantha was so helpful in getting me what I needed and I had a few questions the she was not afraid to ask someone else. Sam stepped in and between them I left with exactly what I needed. Installed the next day and it was perfect!!

Avid Lighting has a good selection of lighting. Customer service is wonderful. They (Sam) are great. She can answer all your questions and listens to your needs and wants. We bought lights for our new build. And all are perfect!
