Guy working in the front (not owner) is a straight prude. Only gave 2star because I did buy some stuff at a reduced price. Pretty rude and discourteous. Sold me a video bypass & said it would work for sure. DID not work at all (cheap china) Called to explain which he could care less & did not offer a refund or solution. Rudely wanted to get off phone. Never will shop there again or send any referrals. Dont give them your business.

Loved how they hooked up two big jbl speakers in my grill, a super loud airhorn and microphone for my Infinity QX80. Now my kids and I can enjoy music at the park and I can even call them without getting out of my car. Very professionally installed from nice, knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to eventually installing a train horn and party lights. The sounds, music and mic are all adjustable with a 6 month warrantee which is also nice.

I have known these guys for more years that I like to say....shows my age right Mike? Lol! I'm one of those types that motor vehicles are more than transportation rather a part of my everyday way of life. And I have had my share of vehicles over the years. Two things are mandatory and a must have in any vehicle I own. Wheels and sound. I have lived in the South Bay area most of my life and can say with conviction that Audio Matrix stands above the rest. If sound is what you desire and quality of that sound is your uncompromised priority Audio Matrix is the place. Put your trust in all the knowledge obtained by Mike, his staff and let him build you a system worthy of SEMA. The best components aren't commercial like Alpine Pioneer and Kenwood. You Know?

I have been so impressed and happy with the results of getting my car stereo situation worked out at this place! I had some engine noise problems and the sound quality of my already installed stereo just wasn't where it should be and this place knew exactly what needed to be done to get sounding optimal and they've completely succeeded for a very affordable price. They were honest and despite being very busy, they took the time to see that I was happy with everything and showed me how to use my amazing new EQ.

GO SEE THESE GUYS! I went over 20 miles because I care who works on my car and the reviews before mine were true and the drive was worth my while. I will be back with my other car stereo asap.

Mike installed a 12.3 inch Android screen in my 2016 BMW 535I. He did a phenomenal job! The screen is absolutely beautiful and works perfectly. Drastically improves the look. I'd definitely recommend this shop.
