My husband and I had the most welcoming, wholesome, and helpful experience at this dealership. We were helped by Steve, one of the best all around guys we have ever met. Pat was a wonderful help with the insurance and starting the process. She is witty and you can't help but love her. Mark in parts was very efficient in making sure we knew what was available to us and how to dress our bike properly. Nancy was so thorough on finalizing our purchase and explaining everything and what we had available to us now and in the future. She answered all our questions and make it as smooth as possible. Sidney was so sweet and guided us on the best routes for future service. She gave us the best options and really knew how to help. I'm so thankful for the entire team at All American. They welcomed us with open arms like family. And not just us, everyone who walked through their doors were greeted with a friendly smile and happiness with a goal to gain a friend, not just a customer. Using my phone number to cold call me about a sale 6 years after I was looking for a bike and DID NOT buy from you all is crazy. Don't give you information to them they will hound you forever I guess.
Also, calling from a private number is the most unprofessional thing I can think of. Do better.
