I would not recommend this company to anyone, they have terrible customer service even the owner will not return my calls so I can address my concerns. I called last Oct to schedule service on my pellet stove that I purchased from them years ago and was told I would have to be placed on a waiting list and would be contacted within the next couple weeks to schedule an appointment. A few weeks went by I decided to call them to see where I was on the waiting list, was told about 2 weeks out I would be contacted. I never heard back from them. Months went by I called them again and asked to speak with the manager. The secretary told me he was busy out installing solar panels but she would send him a text for him to contact me. Again, weeks went by I never heard from him. I called again and asked to speak to the owner and was told the manager was the owner, secretary then told me she would sent him another text to call me. It has been weeks, still haven't gotten a call. I spent around 5k for my stove and was expecting better service as promissed. It seems the owner only cares about making money installing solar panels now and could care less about his previous customers. Do not use this company if you're looking for a good experience. They will tell you what you want to hear until you make that purchase and then you're on your own.

Long time customer. Purchased solar panels, pellet stoves, and wood pellets.

Absolute terrible customer service. What happened? Originally went with this company because they were trustworthy, had great prices, and where very knowledgeable. But the service and communication is really bad.

I have been calling every 2 or 3 days over the past 4 - 5 months and I NEVER get a call back. Leaving calm messages on their answering system, being told by the receptionist that someone will get back to you. Not ONE call back, EVER.

A quarter of my solar panels have not been operating for over 6 months. Can't get anyone to respond. Spent $40,000+ on solar panels with no support.

They used to be a great local company that provided upstanding service and great prices but no longer.

Try for yourself. Give them a call and see what happens. Good luck.

Purchased a pellet stove in 2014 from the owner, he was supposed to come out and look at the job to make sure their would be no problems. He forgot to show up, but showed up the next day and said everything looks good and there shouldn't be any problems. Pellet stove was on back order (which was OK since it was Aug), the day it was installed, I was told it would be $45 to clean out the chimney since it was dirty. I was told it would take like 45 mins, I refused to pay since I could have cleaned it out when the owner "checked" everything out. He vacuumed it out in less then 10 mins (scam). I also ordered 3 tons of pellets when I bought the pellet stove, that didn't get delivered till the end of October. I did have a few other issues that were no fault of theirs that were worked out. Out of all the times that the company came out, they were on time once... once.

Today I had them come out because the auger stopped working, I called Quadra Fire about it since their warranty is difficult to read, I believed it to be the motor or a sensor. I had everything cleaned and opened up for them. Their technician pulled out the auger and replaced the motor on it saying that was the problem. It was about 10 mins of work tops, then we just had to wait till it turned on and the pellets dropped to confirm. Finally it started to work, I was then told it would be $75 for labor. On a warranty part that took 10 mins to change, it would be nice to not pay or pay a small portion since its a product you sold to me and should stand by (its actually called customer service). I asked if this was a common problem and was told it is. My beef is that I should have been told on the phone that there is or could be a labor charge, second, that my appointment was at 10 am and not the 10:40 when they showed up, third given the option of installing it myself. I will be doing business elsewhere.

Do not do business here. They do not stand behind, monitor, or service the solar panels they sell you. Good luck getting Luke to return your call if anything goes wrong in a few years. The absolute worst customer and product service.

I saw some negative reviews here, so thought I would weigh in with my own experience.

We used these guys for our solar array.

I talked to about 4 or 5 other installers and AAH was by far the cheapest. By around 30%.

I do know that the other companies had dedicated customer contacts/salesmen, so it's possible a lot of the cost goes there. And that may offer a more curated experience for buyers that some people feel is worth the price. I just wanted a functioning solar array for the best price possible and that's what I got.

Luke took care of the paperwork involved in getting the system registered with the state for SREC's and the solar loan.

I ordered wood pellets last year from them. Was told i would get them in 10 days. 4 weeks later never received them. Cancelled the order. I figured I would give them a second chance. I ordered Wood Pelletsagaon this year and was told I would reveive them delivered in 7 days. 2 1/2 weeks went by . I called the woman and she said it would probably be at least another 2 weeks. So 7 days is now turning into 5 plus weeks. I cancelled the order!! There were no apologies from the woman. No customer updates on their orders. Just lies. !!! Never again.

My pellet stove broke 3 months ago and has not been fixed correctly since. We have not been able to use it this whole winter. Every time we call we get the run around that the owner isn't there ect. Still waiting for it to be fixed. Glad I have 300$ worth of pellets I can't use.

I hired them to install solar on my house. They were prompt in providing an estimate and information about available programs and discounts. Great folks to work with very pleased and now looking forward to seeing my savings.
