Had a great light fixture I have wanted for years. Bought it “new” from them and it arrived extremely dirty… contacted them for resolution and they spent over a week to come up with charging me $105 to send it back to them to have it cleaned. I obviously did not do that and will clean it myself, but do not suggest using them to purchase light fixtures if you can possibly find the light fixture anywhere else. Other than the poor customer service though and dirty light fixtures being sold as new… I do really enjoy the fixture itself and will be keeping and cleaning it.

I am an electrician, a customer ordered five lights from this company, and three of them were either missing pieces, came with the incorrect hardware, had broken glass, or a combination of these. Would not recommend this company as the customer service was awful when trying to get replacement parts. I will say once the lights were up and repaired. They looked incredible.

I’m an RH guy. When I saw this fixture in their Gallery, I loved it. Then I found it for half the price at Italian Concepts. Although it took a week to ship from the time I placed the order online, it arrived complete by special carrier. I had my finisher install it and the image shows the results. It’s gorgeous! It is nearly identical to the fixture that RH sells. The quality is excellent! I couldn't be happier. Thank you Italian Concepts! You rock!

The last two poor reviews are exactly how I felt. They do not let the customer know the shipping fees up front they calculate once you purchase the item.

Then they try to bargain with you on the shipping fee, so I ended up paying only half of what they wanted. However, when the lights actually came (I bought 4 pieces from them) the largest one had 4 round rings all broken beads all over the box and the Styrofoam was all in pieces with the box was disheveled. They told me they would send me the pieces ASAP never did so I had to call them as I had an electrician who put up the lights. They wanted me to strings the four lights back together (this one is over the stairwell) so I could put them back together myself or pay an electrician to hang the lights instead of providing me with 4 new lights. My other chandelier that I received also had 9 broken glass pieces in there so of the 4 that I purchased with them 50% were damaged and they dont seem to care. I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

This company will be out of business soon if it cant get shipping right and they dont seem to even care about sending broken fixtures out as "new"

I am so impressed with Italian Concept! The quality of the chandelier is top notch, so much so that the gentleman who installed it said it was better in construction, material and looks than a competitor that was 3x the price! Customer service was top notch, super responsive and it shipped to my door in 3 days ... I literally couldn't believe it when the truck showed up. I will be buying all of my future chandeliers and lights from this great Company!

I had been eyeing a chandelier from this company for a while, and when I received my bonus, I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, I found the shipping charges to be excessive, so I canceled the order. However, I was informed that a restocking fee would be charged, which would amount to half the shipping cost. After negotiating, they reduced the shipping fee but removed all protective packaging to do so. As a result, the chandelier arrived without proper protection.

The candelabra-style lights were crooked, and despite my efforts to adjust them, they continue to fall over. While the chandelier looks impressive online, it’s made of lightweight aluminum and feels quite flimsy. I didn’t want to incur additional costs for return shipping and a restocking fee, so I’m left with a poorly constructed fixture that requires superglue or E600 to fix.

I strongly advise against purchasing the Metal Candle Stick 10 Light Chandelier. Although the company initially showed interest in resolving the issue after I shared my experience, I never heard back from them.
