I found Prime Electric in search of material that was unavailable at nearby big-box stores and electric suppliers. I'm glad I called because not only did they have the material available, but they had an abundance in stock. Christian assisted me on the phone and had my order ready by the time we ended the call. When I arrived he greeted me with my order ready at the register for a fast transaction and gave me his business card for any future needs. Since then, I have become a regular and every time I go in, he and his team are always friendly and helpful. Christian also routinely checks in via-text to see if we need anything for that particular day. As a general contractor, I appreciate the great prices, inventory, location, and especially their exceptional customer service.

I was there just a lil bit ago and I walked in there was a girl and a guy sitting on their desks just looking and me and smiling a waited and the front desk for about 10 min and nobody acknowledged me. Phone was ringing nobody answered. Another 5 min later the guy sitting on his desk walks right past me without saying anything completely ignoring me... that was it for me I got out of there and I'm never coming back they're customer service really stinks like garbage!!
