The staff at this store is incredible. My wife and I were trying to find a specific pendant lights that happened to be discontinued. Arianna looked for about a week trying to find us something similar. When that didn’t work, she wasn’t done yet! She found that there was a three piece light that they could MacGuyver into exactly what we needed. Rodney was able to set us up exactly as needed. Instead of just telling us that the lights weren’t available, they kept digging to find us exactly what we needed. Will definitely make future purchases here for just the customer service alone.

Had a perfect fit matching pair of 3-way lamps it took me forever to find. On/off switch died on both. These folks fixed both quickly for a total of only $40! They both work like brand new, and I am delighted. Fast, friendly service and very moderate pricing. The showroom has every style of lighting you could possibly want. Highly recommend them!

We have purchased an excess of $1,000 dollars + merchandise from Coastal lighting. We had a clicking sound in a ceiling fan we purchased from them. They replaced it but refused to cover the cost of deinstalling and installing. We chose to have a licensed electrician install and they refused a credit for the reinstall. We used their recommended electrician. They should have gone full circle in customer satisfaction. They only went half way. Last purchase from them.

At the last minute, (like electrician waiting on a part last minute) I needed a specific down rod for my fan that had been accidentally thrown out. I tried two other places first to no avail. Coastal lighting looked through all their stock and found exactly what I needed. From here on out Coastal Lighting will definitely be my first stop!

Kim and Coastal Lighting were an absolute blessing for me and my wife. We are renovating our house and really didn't know what we wanted to do with our lighting fixtures other than make the house "look good." After, a colleague of mine recommended Coastal Lighting, my wife went over to check out their showroom. There, she met Kim and the rest is history. Kim is extremely easy to work with and one of the most responsive sales representatives I've EVER worked with. She helped us figure out what we were looking for, make selections, get them on order, and delivered to our home. She was always available whenever we had a question about any of it and usually got back to me within an hour or two when I reached out. She is very organized and on top of it all FUNNY and NICE. My wife and I highly recommend Coastal Lighting and Kim.

We lost track of the time and unfortunately arrived at Coastal Lighting right as they were closing. Even so, they graciously allowed us to tour their beautiful and expansive showroom. We saw some gorgeous pieces and fixtures of quality far above what we've seen in big box home stores. And they were reasonably priced too! We are planning to go back next week (earlier in the day so we'll have more time to look around!)

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The quality of their lights really is better than what you'll find off the big box home-improvement store shelves. Ended up replacing a couple of perfectly good fixtures because theirs looked so much better. Prices aren't a whole lot more, and the quality is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!
