Awesome selection and best bud bartender we’ve ever had. Joe was super knowledgeable about every product in the house. He was also very descriptive about the different highs with different buds-a true connoisseur. We really appreciated that!! Such a personable experience from the moment we walked through the door. The vibes are on point here and the selection is vast! Loved the beautiful antique, wooden bar in the shop and the light fixtures. Thanks guys, see you next trip!! ?️

I've been a very loyal customer for over 3 years. But after today, I'm not sure I'll go back. The website didn't work at all. I tried calling to see if a particular gummy was in stock. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!!!!! I ALWAYS order on line so I don't have to wait forever to get them. Because their stupid website couldn't didn't allow me to order them I had to wait until one of the cashier's got done chatting with their co-workers to finally after 10 minutes decided to actually help me.
This was Monday and the store was almost empty and it took that long? Only 2 other people there. I have points to burn and then I'm taking my business to Kind Care. You're not the only pot shop in town!!!!!!

Used this place for about 6 months for sales (pricey location). Last trip I had a major issue ($30-60 incorrect charge) and was told to leave and “get you next time, I’ll leave a manager note.” No one knows what I’m talking about, can’t explain the charge, manager doesn’t even know the receipt format to look at it. I got $5 knocked off my order after arguing 15 min though! /s. not coming back, obviously.

This store is an excellent source of information. Each of the associates are knowledgeable, smart and extremely articulate. I needed cream for an injury and they knew the right combination needed to help with the constant and consistent pain. Lastly, the reception area is staffed with Becca who is incrediblely customer service focused, friendly and kind.

They only have 12 items on the “Medical side”… all edibles. In addition, they do not honor 10% off on the rec side for med patients. Reason being “people were talking advantage of it”… How does that work when you only have 12 items for Med patients to choose from? Seems your company is actually taking advantage of your Med patients. Poor business practice to shun your Med customers. That and they’re prices are so inflated it’s abhorrent. Try anywhere else if you’re in town! Don’t support local greed!
