Love the fact that this court system doesn't uphold federal or state laws. My ex falsified a legal document against me (a signed divorce paper is a legal document). I've told wealthy street law firm, courthouse and tryed to talk to the judge who instead decided to discriminate against me (due to being a male). However fun fact I still have all the evidence which will now prove obstruction of justice based on gender discrimination. But please keep in mind, obstruction of justice based on gender discrimination is a criminal trial. Civilian you can do whatever you want, no consequences, no law. This seems to only effect the male population, not the females.

The employees at the disbursement center are incompetent. I canceled my direct deposit and they informed me my bank has kept the funds and still has them. I knew this was impossible because I closed the account. After speaking with them twice I called my bank and they agreed to do a 3-way call with me. It was only then that they discovered my bank had IMMEDIATELY rejected and returned the funds.I faxed in a change of address form expecting to receive my checks. After two weeks I called them because I received nothing. They informed me that received the cover sheet but not the change of address form. THE COVER SHEET WAS COMPLETED WITH MY CONTACT INFORMATION AND NOT ONE EMPLOYEE FOLLOWED UP. Meanwhile, my fax transmile sheet said everything went through ok. I REQUESTED A CALL FROM A SUPERVISOR, HOWEVER, THE RUDE REPRESENTATIVE REBECCA CALLED ME BACK. Then after I informed them that I no longer lived at the address THEY MAILED THE CHECKS TO MY FORMER ADDRESS, SO THEY SAY.ITS BEEN ONE MONTH AND I'VE SEEN NOTHING EXCEPT A DEBIT CARD I DID NOT REQUEST. Meanwhile I had been in communications with them regarding a new address and apparently they have no CRM system to document accounts. WHAT? They tried to tell me that if direct deposit isn't set up they automatically send a debit card. Then why would they mail the checks? We don't get an option? Now, I have to be inconvenienced with waiting for a stop payment form to be mailed to me before they can issue replacement checks. IN 2024 THEY HAVE NO WAY FOR THIS TO BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY! THROW THE WHOLE DEPART AWAY BECAUSE AGAIN, THEY'RE INCOMPETENT, THEY'RE RUDE AND THEY ALL SOUND ASLEEP WHEN YOU CALL.

They hire rude people everytime . Not one single time do I get to talk to someone with out a stick shove in the backside. I didn't even want to call them but I finally do and BAM disrespect. Why don't you disrespect the people who deserve it . Not the ones who are asking for help.

Please explain to me how you are allowed to take money out of my child's father's paychecks twice a month, but only feel the need to make small ridiculous deposits onto my card $2 depoist? $8 deposit? I hardly get anything as it is and you wanna screw with my money? Stop playin, I will be canceling the card and getting the money another way.
You all, SUCK & DEFINITELY do NOT get to decide when I get my child support money & how much is uploaded at a time.

Complete joke. Takes weeks to get questions answered. And even their answers dont answer your questions. Why does friend of the court even exist when they do not help? Well, they continue to deter parents from getting help they need, often times giving you the run around unless youre a mother. Often times also, their answers differ depending on who you talk to, but none of those answers are ever helpful. They say they follow a formula, which is 100% not true. They can choose to charge on wages/salaries that are not true, often getting away with lies. Also, if you overpay, they refuse to return money.

Update 2024: this FOC has decided I need to pay arrears for processing and service fees(which I found out online, the letter I received didnt even tell me why I have to pay at all). I have not been there in person in about 5-6 years, nor I have ordered anything from them. Seems like the people in the courthouse can just break the law and steal people's money.

My son tried calling these people to update them with changes and no call back. Good dad's are overlooked and it's a shame! The system is truly broken. When a parent reaches out regardless if it's the mother or father have the decency to call them back.
This broken system must change!
