I have a deceased ex wife an this country still is taking child support,after 4 phone conversations at witch time they all said they would take care of it,not happened!!this is the biggest let down I've had in along time,I called at 4:10pm an secretary says office closed,WTF!!!PHONE MESSAGE SAYS 4:30,OUR TAX DOLLERS AT ITS FINEST,I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS OFFICE AN ITS ENFORCMENT SPECIALIST,get a lawyer!!
Update for you,they refunded my money an since I did this review, no more money is being taken an my case is closed.

So apparently FOC of Ingham County just does what they want forget that there are TWO orders from a judge stating OTHERWISE. Yet they refuse to not only do what they want and ignore the legal orders put into place by a judge but they are endangering mine and my child's life in the process. And my worthless caseworker Angarette Stuckey is who started all this trouble and refuses to do her job and fix her screw up and none of the higher ups are doing anything about it. Telling me to get a lawyer NOW WHY WOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A LAWYER TO MAKE FOC FOLLOW TWO COURT ORDERS AMERICA AT ITS FINEST WHAT A JOKE

This place is the absolute worst!!! These people be like, "In the name of Jesus!" But behind closed doors, they got wicked and evil ways! How does that work? I consider all FOC terrible! These people only care about 1 thing and that's money. They do not care about the children or families they are helping. I just got off the phone with the guy who handles clients who's last name start with the letter B. This guy got on the phone and said "What do you want?" "Why are you calling?" I almost hung up the phone in his face. What do you mean why am I calling? I have a family emergency and I need help that's why I'm calling. I hope life treats you the same way you treat others. He needs to be fired. Where are the people who want to truly help those in need? FOC in Michigan is terrible. They only aim to split families and collect money. They take years to process anything and when fathers call looking for help they make it their duty to mislead, lie and be rude. I once called them and asked how to get full custody, this guy tried to talk me out of getting full custody. This place is evil. The FOC in Michigan is pure evil. That's why all of them have 1 or 2 stars. I pray God annihilates places likes this and people who only aim to please themselves, collect money, and split families. The law doesn't care about our kids. They are only looking for more ways to collect money and destroy families. Sounds like the devil to me.

Anybody who pays child support knows this place all to well. ? Just keep your cool and the ladies tend to be quite helpful. Don't forget to empty your pockets of your random metal such as toe nail clippers. ? You gotta pass though the metal detector to get in.?⚖️?

They keep deleting every review that I post…….Judge Carol Koenig participates in ex parte communication that’s prohibited before court hearings. I am not surprised by your attempt to silence someone who is speaking out about your illegal and unethical activities. Good luck with succeeding in your weak attempts. I have 17 Google accounts and can and will create more every time you delete one of my reviews. Not everyone is as incompetent as you are.

Been over 10 years dealing with FOC and gets worse and worse. There's only 1 lady who makes phone calls and she has called me every single time. The older lady with blonde hair and glasses, has been here since they opened. She is constantly yelling. I will say, behind the doors has gotten better. They will actually listen to the men who make there payments.

Judge Baird is a joke!!!! She threatened me in court. She accused me of things i was never even guilty of!!! She terminated my rights to my son matthew i had full custody of for 11 yrs straight. His father was no part of his life and made that choice. She gave full custody of my daughter to her dad that hit me in my stomach when i was pregnant with her. I have rights to her and get child support taken from me out of my checks but yet don't have no custody or anything but that is fair.
There not looking out for the best interest of the child. They put my children in unsafe environments and ripped them away from a excellent mother. There was domestic violence issues with my daughter's dad. His attorney mark bailey always lied and covered up for him! Plus the blonde attorney that works in mark baileys office too. Lauren viteck was a cps worker that also lied and there is numerous other cps workers that lied to make me not get my kids back. The referee at this court prevented me from having visitation with my daughter when i did everything required of me to do too. Your court gets a 00000 5 zeros. Thank you for giving my children to abusers. My father sprained my wrist, chased me around there house, hit me. It's because of u and your wrong decisions with me and my children they are going to suffer emotionally and mentally because of all the wrong decisions u made with my kids. But u have to face god for all this. Good luck.
