I absolutely love this store, and I especially love their online store. Not many places have a good online store that is very easy to navigate, find things and with a great selection. And they ship orders out promptly! Also if or when you need help and reach out, they respond almost immediately during business hours. they are extremely helpful and professional! I had Mike D help me with my online purchase and he was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you FOC! This place is definitely my go to and I always check if they have what I am looking for before going anywhere else! Beware of purchasing from this company online. They will send you the product that people won't buy in store. I have ordered from this company 2 times, and both times I have had a less than desirable experience. The first time around, the expensive gun cleaning kit that I bought because it came in a nice wood box. The box came with defects. This time, I get an open box with fingerprints on both lenses of the red dot. I know it's not really a big deal, but 2 out of 2 times purchasing here left me feeling annoyed. UPDATE apon furher inspection, its been installed on a rifle before. This should have been an open box sale....

I had purchased a firearm via e-transfer (that I had called and confirmed was in stock). After a mix up with the website and availability, Morgan went above and beyond in terms of Customer Service to remedy this mixup. at no extra cost I received a higher end version of the rifle I had originally purchased (a difference of hundreds of dollars more retail) throughout the entirety of this process Morgan was communicative and always kept me updated. I am a very happy customer. I baught a surplus Carcano M91 with some ammo just before new years. Very fast on preparing my order and fast to ship.. The ammo was shipped with UPS and it came a few days before the rifle with Canada post. I can't say I'm happy with Canada post lol, they are slow as molasses. 26 hrs in transit from Toronto to Montreal.. Made me wonder if the guy was walking down the freeway with my package lol

Purchased a rifle and some ammo in mid November. The ammo came very fast so A+ there. I am however waiting for the rifle still. Granted there was a Canada Post strike and now we are heading into Christmas; which is understandable. The only reason for 3 stars is the lack of communication via the websites message function. Aside from that I have no issues; I will likely use them again when my order is complete.

Edit. Amended to 5 stars it arrived and it looks great. Thanks again guys!

The way I've been treated here has been unmatched. The store has a great selection and very knowledgeable staff. Morgan has been extremely reasonable with the two issues I had (which were my fault). I will never forget that, and I highly recommend giving Firearm Outlet Canada a visit before/after looking elsewhere. The staff is very approachable and passionate.
