One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, panoramic views of the ocean. Pool is stunning. House and rooms are comfortable and, most importantly, very well air conditioned! Pleasant surprise to see there was a basketball court as well. Couldn’t have had a more luxurious experience!

Peaceful and scenic hideaway

Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. Gorgeous sunsets every evening. I loved hanging out in the infinity pool and soaking in the serene atmosphere. The house is nestled within a lovely private community away from the bustle and noise of the roads and towns, yet still just a short ride away from the beaches and other points of interest. The wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors gives the house great natural lighting all day and the option to open the house up to bring in the breeze. Couldn't ask for a better setting to unplug and unwind.

This place is paradise. I had an incredible stay here with friends a few months ago. The kitchen is beautifully done with lots of room for entertaining. Look no further for fantasy sunset dinners - you’ve found the winner. Not to mention, that view cannot be beat. From the picture perfect landscape, the artfully modern house, and the gorgeous nearby forests & beaches, this is one of my favorite getaways. Greatly looking forward to my next visit!

Our group could not have asked for a better home on our recent trip to Costa Rica. This spectacular open-concept hillside property has plenty of room to entertain and space for some "me" time. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, individual air conditioning with remote controls, bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The living room's massive sliding glass door opens to the patio and infinity pool, where you can immerse yourself in unforgettable sunsets. The community has several hiking trails and a waterfall for outdoor adventurers. The home is a short drive away from Flamingo beach, grocery stores, and great restaurants. Those wanting a more tourist scene can head to Tamarindo, about a 30-minute drive.

This trip was the most luxurious and relaxing vacation we had had in a very long time. Pura Vida, my friends!

I'm not even exaggerating when I say that this was the nicest place I have ever stayed! The house itself is beautiful and is furnished to the nines. I also loved how every room had its own air conditioner so that you could make sure that every person was satisfied. The views of the Pacific Ocean cannot be beat ... especially given the fact that you can lounge in the infinity pool while watching the sun set on the horizon. A few other great points: the full indoor and full outdoor kitchens, the lounge chairs on the back patio, the beautiful wood furniture, and the extremely comfortable beds.

Casa de lluminacion is spectacular with entrancing views, cool breezes flowing through the house, 5 star furnishings, serene patio, relaxing infinity pool and easy access to gorgeous Flamingo Beach and the surrounding towns. As Jimmy Buffet would declare, “ It’s paradise!” You’ll have no regrets renting this beautiful property in a secure, gated community.
