Awesome product. Driver put my shipment out on the street without calling me or knocking but the product is fantastic. Less than a week and the seams have almost disappeared. Very nice turf!

Ordered sod from my local horticulturist and Greenfields was assigned to the task of delivering sod. A week later, as expected and on time, the nicest guy calls me, coordinates delivery and shows up in a truck around 9am. Alfredo then unloads the sod into my driveway and the sod is excellent! Recommending Greenfields as the quality of the sod is high, was delivered while still very fresh (on time and well coordinated) and the driver was the nicest guy and super professional. Thank you! Would recommend.

Exceptional customer service, I miscalculated the Sqft area, I realized the mistake the evening before the delivery. I called Mr Christopher & He was very professional, sympathetic & cordial. He started immediately to find customers to take up about 750Sqft. He updated me 6:30AM in the morning before the delivery about potential buyer. In the end I didn't have to buy the excess. The delivery driver was very friendly & accommodating in general & especially where the sod was placed for easy handling. Thank you Greenfield Turf

Horrible. Untrustworthy. Poor quality. In my yard without permission.

I had an issue with a third party delivery (not Greenfield) being very dry on arrival, and my second order from the third party not even arriving. Therefore I reported fraud to my card.

The third party decided to contact Greenfield Turf and then (guessing this part) blame them on the dry sod.

I return home after errands and a STRANGER MAN is standing in my backyard! My gardener would never have let him in the gate, and per my gardener and the man himself (Ray), he was yelling at my house, knocking loud on the door, essentially demanding someone answer a door, when no one is home. My gardener went around to see what the yelling was about.

The man (Ray) then decided to walk himself and follow my gardener by through the gate into my property. I come home and find my gardener looking rather frightened and confused, and I approached this STRANGER and asked what is he doing? and told him the shortest version of the sod problem and told him to leave. I did not have the time that day, nor was he invited.

Ray REFUSED to leave my property. He told up about 20-30 minutes of my time and tried to measure my lawn, after I told him numerous times to leave. He stood there and mansplained me that, "You didn't water it enough." Both my gardener and I corrected him repeatedly, and refused to listen.

I asked and told him to leave many times, and offered that he call me and set up a time to view and measure the lawn if he'd like, he refused this. He wanted to measure it that moment.

I nearly called the cops. He stated, "sounds like the third party vender dropped the ball, delivered it dry." He finally left.

Then I get text threats from the third party vendor accusing me of getting all the sod (which I did not) and found out Ray lied to him and told him that I received all the sod and it was fine.

I emailed Ray to ask about what happened, I was confused because he acknowledged and blamed the third party vendor and I was curious what he said to third party vendor and Ray completely changed his story and lied.

I emailed him stating the facts of what he said to me and how he trespassed and refused to leave my property. He emailed me back defending himself saying his behavior of showing up unannounced, trespassing, refusing to listen, refusing to leave was perfectly acceptable.

I wanted this to be a great experience, however it was far from it.

The sod from Greenfield continues to have large yellow, going to dirt spots, and the parts that did grow green have mushrooms in it, which I informed Ray of. I have to get sod from someone else and likely dig out the mushroom areas and re-sod it hoping the fungi is gone. (Fungi is hard to get rid of and now I have it thanks to Ray's sod.) I do not want anything to do with him or this company. I have informed Ray that if I see him or he emails me I will call the cops.

I wasn't going to review him or anything, but he kept emailing me acting like his behavior is acceptable. He acts completely entitled and is disrespectful. Beware if you work with this company.

Ray if you read this: DO NOT CONTACT ME IN ANY FORM.
