I’ve been a customer of Granite Bay Plumbing for over 4 years. At the onset of my most recent project, a remodel of our master bathroom, I became ill and had to postpone my project for nearly 2 years. Granite Bay Plumbing stood by me through all of it! They actually stored my plumbing products, including a large, stand alone tub for several months. Fast forward to now, our remodel is almost complete and when we encountered a problem with the tub install, Adam and Amber went into full support mode to ensure the install was corrected, offering advice and even spending time onsite to troubleshoot the problem. We used Granite Bay for all our plumbing needs on our recent whole house renovations. Sarah George was excellent from the moment we met her, she listened to us and worked hard to ensure products she showed us met the style and look we wanted as well as fit out budget. This was a huge project as it replaced and added many new fixtures.
