If you need a lamp repair, this is the place to go! Donny and crew were incredibly polite and helpful when I called over the phone. He told me that there weren't any lamps in front of me and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. I brought two vintage lamps to him and he helped me immediately, changing the bulbs to ones that much better fit the vibe I was going for. He also took care of my concerns with one of the lamp's plugs, quickly replacing it with a much safer option. For my swag lamp, he provided me with new chain and helped me replace the old one, enhancing the overall look of it (I was originally just going to spray paint it but fully believe it's perfect now!). The other lamp had a flickering problem so he opened it up and replaced the fuse and the cord, explaining each step so that I didn't feel like I was being cheated. How much does this cost, you might ask? Same day, same hour service was less than $100, making for a hell of a bargain. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the experience was, highly recommend!

Excellent service with choosing new lights and fans for some upgrades to an older home. Shawn was extremely helpful in placing my order as I explored numerous different options. greeted as soon as I entered. Very personable. They like what they do and are ready to help. I needed a bedroom lamp fixed as soon as possible because I have family coming for the Labor Day Weekend. I was there at 4pm and they fixed it while I waited!
Last time I needed repair services was about 40 years ago and I got I received excellent service then. This the place to go!

We purchased our fans and the wall remotes along with the remote controls for our home at James lighting. We are so blown away by their customer service. When something goes wrong, I can usually just call their company and they want me through fixing whatever it is. Hering went above and beyond today and fix the problem that I had been putting off for months I highly recommend this business.

Don’t waste your time if you are told a lighting technician will call to schedule a time to meet with you in your home. Went into the store and explained what our home needed. I was assured James & Co Lighting was capable of providing us with the service we needed. New ceiling fans & recessed lighting.
This company does not follow through on their word.
Update:
This company finally did call me back, however; too late, we by then chose to do business elsewhere.

Great Experience. Came looking for 2 small bulbs that are hard to find in California. The gentleman found them and offered to give me for free since I wasn’t carrying enough money. This is the kind of friendly experience that stays with you. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Had them come install a fan for our bedroom and Jacob was very fast and efficient!! Definitely recommend. Prices were great as well!
