Great location prices are a bit high on most stuff but they have some gems and also do sales every now and then and you can get very good deals.

This is the best location to get led stripes top quality and very knowledgeable team they have they will direct you on what you need but most of the time for pricy stuff.

All in all great variety but this store is focused on high end customers and designers.

Ask for mike sales rep.

I have been coming here for approximate 20 years for their products. It is a hit and miss with some customer service employees there. Yesterday I stopped by to order missing crystals and to buy a new crystal chandelier. I did not like the crystal chandeliers in store. I asked the person at the register if they had some more. He said to look at them over there, I said I did and I don't like those. He rudely said to go online with annoyed mannerism. I walked out & purchase a crystal chandelier somewhere else. Hopefully this review will be helpful to management to train some employees to provide consistent customer service.

Super selection of lighting and associated lighting supplies. First shopped their website - which is very easy to use/navigate. I took in the fan/light info from the web to the store. (I was looking specifically for styles that are called by some maker fandelier - a portmanteau of fan and chandelier.) While they didn't have the one I was looking for up to see (it was a brand new model), the sales rep was able to print out more detailed specs and took the time to make sure I understood the lighting and the fan details and the pros/cons of the models I chose. Also made sure I didn't leave without the wall remote control. The whole time I was there, the sales reps were quickly helping customers. Just a really well run place with super helpful staff that cares about taking care of the customer. I ordered the MinkaAire Marilyn fixture. Love it!

They were very helpful when a came to purchase something. Unfortunately I had to return my purchase due to a manufacturing defect. Again, they showed that customer service is their priority. They returned the item without any problem. I will continue to do business with them and will recommend them to family and friends.
