Awesome customer service from scheduling service to receiving service! We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Greg and the other technician assigned to us. They were both extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was that we had with our lights and were able to fix it within an hour tops! Greg made sure to communicate his findings and inform us what the solution will be, how long it would take and how much more it will cost before we granted him permission to continue his work. These our the types of electricians/ technicians we need! Someone who works efficiently with awesome customer service and passion for what they do! Amazing customer service and top-tier quality of work! We recently had Skylight Electrical install a vent hood in our home and I can’t praise the experience enough! Greg and Frankie are professional, courteous, and take great pride in their work. Their attention to detail, care for their workspace, and respect for a customer’s home is top notch and sets the bar for outstanding service. I had a great experience, from beginning to end, with Skylight Electrical Service! From scheduling a visit for an estimate to finishing the job, they provided excellent communication and customer service. Very friendly staff, the customer service rep on the phone and email (Juan), the estimator (Miguel), and the actual electrical techs (Frankie & Adrian) all were professional and took care of any/all questions and requests I had for them. Highly recommend for any electrical service needs!

Greg, Adrian, Isaac and Frankie did an absolutely amazing job reworking and re-wiring everything we needed. They are consistent and made time for us and the quality of their work speaks for itself. It only took 3 hours for them to finish what we thought would take all day. They were super friendly, respectful, and clean! They also made sure before they left that everything was back in its place. Would 100% recommend if you are in need of electrical work done
