Staff were not the best at communicating as I had to reach out myself to get updates, and I wasn’t thrilled to wait 3 days just to have my ram remounted. That being said they were super friendly and took the extra step of testing my pc to ensure there wouldn’t be problems down the road. So nice to have a local spot so I don’t have to send things in to the manufacturer. I’ll be back if I ever have more issues.

Great customer service and quick turn around! i brought in my ipad pro that had gotten wet and wouldn't turn on anymore. there was water damage to my logic board and they where able to source replacement fpc connector parts and got me my ipad back without loosing my data! will be returning for any future repairs.

Such a wonderful business! I had asked them a while ago if an iPod ever gets turned in to let me know since they are no longer available from Apple. They held onto my name and contacted me. So I have a refurbished iPod with a new case and battery for a very reasonable price and it came with a warranty. Happy happy customer

#boom indeed! Awesome & Friendly! Quick and painless fix to replace my battery to my MacBook Pro. Way faster than the "3-5 days" at an unknown price at the Apple Store...because they couldn't tell me over the phone and "would have to look at my computer first". Saw the positive reviews & made a call. Aplus told me over the phone, the price and an estimated hour time to fix it...and it actually took less than 10 min here!

I keep coming over and over again (because I keep cracking my iPhone) with these people because they are awesome and know what they are doing. They are reasonable in their pricing. I don't have anything to complain about them and I do have many compliments about them. I had taken my iMac to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. The girl their seem like she didn't know what she was doing or she hated her job. She looked at my computer and told me that the hard drive was bad even though her diagnostic said it was fine. I knew she was wrong so I took it to Aplus and determined my video card was bad and replaced and wallah! It's good again. They saved our photography company! Thanks Aplus Electronics.
